The pulled pork is tender and tastes very good. Love the crunchy french fries. The hush puppies are great. I think this is one of the better tasting BBQ’s in the Knoxville area. Fair prices, good service and good food.

in my book, bar-b-q is not fast food. You’ve got to slow smoke and not sauce the meat. Unless you ask specifically for your meat NOT to be sauced, that’s mostly what you’re going to get. I want to taste the meat first and then decide if and how much sauce I’m putting on. The sides are okay, but they are not what I came for. The service is fast-food service. If you want something your way, you better check and make sure before you pull away from the drive through.
