If I could give Zero Stars I would, a church friend is forced to stay in this place due to her family, this place is not only a dump and smells like URINE and FECAL MATTER in every area, but the staff, CNA’s RN’s, administrators, Kitchen help all must be abused by the corporate entity in Indianapolis that owns the facilty, because they pass it on to the residents. They do the bare minimum.
