I have been a faithful client since they started their business but now I think they went over my limits with the prices. I’ll mention just one item: the sweet and sour chicken wings. Those started at four(4) for $ 1.00 then three(3) for the same money and today for my surprise they are two(2) for $ 1.00. The price of chicken haven’t changed much and that’s the cheapest part and on the other side the minimum wage is not up either. At that pace and with all the competition around they won’t go far.

Ahhhhhh or Ooooooooooo or whatever sound light makes when it shines. LOL All four stars are for the prepared food section. Unlike so many before it, they really put love into this mass made food! It’s damn good like how. Not dry, succulent, etc. Minus one star for rest of place with lousy pastries and meh products at not-so-reasonable prices. Count me back OFTEN for hot food, though!

This supermarket sells great delicious food for an amazing prize! I got chicken wings and they were 3 for a dollar! The only thing that bothers me is the heavy lines but it’s worth it at the end.

I visit Unidos frequently for my take out food. I order some arroz con gandules and chicken or meat dishes. The food is fresh and tasty. I also go for an empanada and coffee in the morning. I can have breakfast and lunch and won’t spend more than 10 dollars on both. The prices are incredibly reasonable. You can get 6 wings and an order of tostones for 3 bucks. I can eat cheaper in Unidos than if I went to Publix and had to cook it myself. As long as I live in Kissimmee I will be a regular at Unidos.

I really like shopping here for the fresh meats that are available. Prices are wonderful and much cheaper than going to Publix. Excellent location for all things Puerto Rican. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This place is awesome. Our condo we go to every year is right across the street & we always go to Unidos when we visit. The supermarket section is a typical Latin market, great selection of products & great prices. Impressive meat, dairy, & frozen sections. The cafeteria has a delicious & wide selection of food. You cannot go wrong with what you order(provided you like Latin food). Everything is fresh & tasty. Be prepared to wait a while because it is always very busy. Also, the eating area is small so you will probably want to take your hot food to go. I find the staff to be very friendly, it does help to speak Spanish tho. I will continue to frequent Unidos whenever I am in the area.

Someone wrote«you can’t beat the amount of food for the price» if that’s your thing then go here. I like quality, tasty, well cooked food. EVeryone knows hispanics are NOT known for customer service. It’s sad. I get my husband dinner from here often so I don’t have to cook. I won’t eat it. I give up on Spanish food. It’s always dry and overcooked. And the people in line waiting for food all act like animals. This place attracts a rude clientele. Sometimes I forget I’m in America. It’s a shame. The only bonus here is the Pao sabo. But you have to ask for it. And EVERYTIME i go to get it, it takes me at least 10 – 15 min. to catch someones attention to grab it. Horrible customer service.

Hot food cafeteria style and with awesome prices to boot. Only complaint is they run out of beef empanadas too fast! Love it when I can find a spot that has guava pastries with powered sugar. Ratings solely based on my food experience not on the grocery shopping. If you are in the area and want a heaping pile of yummy food then stop here. Don’t worry if you can’t speak Spanish. They are very helpful!

Prices are great! Food is even better. I am from Puerto Rico and moved to the states little over a year ago. Living in Kissimmee, there are a lot of latin food restaurants. Nontheless, I had been having difficulty finding a restaurant that I actually liked and had great tasting food. Finally found it! Unidos is a great place with a wide variety of latin food.

You simply can’t beat the amount of food for the price. There’s an absurd amount of variety of Latin dishes and plenty of eager employees ready to help pile it on with a smile. I love the pernil(roasted pork shoulder) and the seafood salads. Plan for take out, the dining area feels like a small crowded cafeteria. Also, my cashier had a «whatever» attitude. But nonetheless I will be back.

We wanted to try this Latino supermarket out. I like how it’s more Hispanic/Latino roots. Their hot food that they have to the left of the store smelled amazing! Their prices seem high on some items(toilet paper, paper towels). Some items they don’t sell — a lot of OTC and Diet Mt Dew — are not sold there. The outside of the store had trash all around, and their floors seemed unclean. Their produce and meats had good prices. I would like to go back again to try the store again as it is super close to our hotel. Muchas gracias a tu supermercado.
