I am not impressed with this store’s discriminatory practices and inconsistent policies. One of the cashiers denied my mother service today when we stopped in after shopping at the outlets. I’ve been here before without any other major problems other than the fact that they don’t have a bakery up to par with other locations, but this is the first time a Publix employee refused to help. As you’ll see from the other reviews, it’s not a particularly clean store and their prices aren’t anything special so customer service was really all they had going for them. There’s really no reason to come here considering the other grocery stores within five miles.

This Publix was the closest grocery store to our hotel, so of course we came here to stock up on food and other goods for a recent stay in Orlando. Nice, large selection of items and plenty of space to maneuver around. As other reviewers mention, overall it is essentially the same as every other Publix in most aspects, but very convenient for vacationers. The only negative I can think of were some longish lines we had to contend with, but I’m sure that just had to do with the timing of our shopping visit, so don’t let that deter you.

This large Publix, located in Poinciana Place, was nice and very clean with organized aisles. Satisfactory customer service from the employee at the deli, bakery, and the cashier who cashed me out the last time I spent a few days in Kissimmee. Same as every other Publix supermarket when it comes to products and price. It was an enjoyable experience shopping here.

Who doesn’t love Publix? This store is pretty typical. Giving five stars for the nice employee who helped my find my sister’s favorite imported wine from Italy. If you’re reading this, thanks again!

As opposed to the Walmart Supercenter up the road, Publix was virtually dead inside. Lotsa cashiers standing around doing nothing. I walked over to the bakery and was looking at their cakes on display they looked so good that I had to take a photo and was stopped shortly after by a lady behind the counter who told me that I could go online and see the photos of them. She was really nice about it and asked me twice if I needed help, but I just felt like she thought I was gonna copy it. Yeah right. Found what I was looking for, paid, and left.

Although the service from the cashier was nice. I am totally disappointed with the ribeyes we purchased. The meat was cut like a ribeye, however when we opened the package, you could clearly tell it was not!!! Intentionally misleading the public!!! Purchasing high priced meat only to be deceived. Will not shop here again.

This store was very clean and everyone was friendly and appeared quite happy. Not the largest Publix I’ve seen, but adequate when you are traveling.

We were staying at the Embassy Suites across the street for 7 days and needed to stock up on Wine, water and snacks. This store was very convenient for us. The store is a little old, but it carries the items you need and reasonable prices. It’s better than paying hotel or Disney prices for food and drink. The lines were never long while we were there and the bag/cashier employees were friendly offering to help me with the cases of water and bags… I declined but I saw them helping other customers with a smile. This has been our grocery store while shopping for our trip. We are easily able to stock up on basics: shampoo, conditioner, beer, wine, yogurt, snacks, etc. If you’re visiting, then this is a great place to head to so that you can stock up on precious items. It’s never been busy when we went and the staff is super nice and friendly.

Prices are 20% higher then the other stores. Cashiers spend all there time talking to eachother. Dirty floors.

If you live or just visit Florida then you know that Publix is the best place to shop for groceries. Great customer service at this smaller but friendlier store. If you need a couple items or your weekly shopping trip be sure to stop at this Publix.

This grocery store is filthy… look at the dirt by there cases near the deli and you will no longer want to be buying meat in that deli. Publix is known by its great customer service but it isnt from this store. While at the check out 3, yes 3 associates were talking among theirselves about a previous customer. Gee, I wonder what they said about me. I’ll never be back to this location.

I love Publix and so wish they were in New Jersey. They’re really big, clean grocery stores, and I always find good deals. I love the fact that they have huge beer and wine sections, as well as top notch bakeries. The bread is especially good. It’s also nice that they gave us their member discount without having a card, as we were only in the area on vacation.

Not bad compared to other Publixes but the inside was a little dated and reminded me of a Winn-Dixie(yuck!). This must be an older store… Still, Publix as a whole has good customer service and this particular store had a great beer selection. Much better than my local store!

I would normally give this store 3 stars because it’s small compared to the newer ones. But the reason for 4 stars is because I stopped by at lunch today. Got there right at noon, needed to pick something up and thought I’d wait in the deli line for a sub.(I almost didn’t even go because I was afraid how long it would be right at noon). You want to know how busy it was? It wasn’t! No line at all! No one! Zilch! Nada! I think they were begging for customers. Asking everyone that went by if they were there for a sandwich. Plus, when I went to checkout… guess what! No line there either. Two cashiers just waiting for someone to come. I asked her if it was nice with it being quiet over the holidays and she admitted that she was bored. So, yeah… I might be getting myself some more Boar’s Head again soon!

I don’t think people from Florida drink wine. At least, not good wine. I couldn’t find a liquor store that carried a decent selection, so I tried Publix, the largest grocery store chain that I could find. There was not a single wine over $ 20. That’s fine if you are just looking for a cheap wine, but not if you want something nice with dinner. Sorry if that sounds snobby… I have no idea if this is a good«grocery» store or not, but their wine selection sucked.

Great for supplies! The store is huge and they have just about everything one could need on vacation. We came here to stock up on sunscreen, water and fruit. We arrived to the store pretty late and we were waiting for the announcement that the store was closing soon, but we never heard one. Instead, they just started turning the lights off. We got the cue and made our way to the register and we realized we were the only customers in the store. Luckily, we got everything we needed in time.
