I have been to this location twice both bad experiences 1st time tried to get tires balanced apparently the mechanic did know the difference between locking lugs and stripped it off
2nd time went for slow leak tire 3 hours later the clerk said, mechanic said it was leaking plug could not repair would need a new tire which they offered to put on $ 160 …I took it somewhere else they said NO its this big nail in your tire that’s causing the leak $ 8 and 15 minutes I’m done with firestone on post

Since this is on Kirtland it is very convenient. I would say it’s hit or miss on customer service. I’ve used them several times for tire work and battery purchase and they were pretty standard for a car repair shop. My wife on the other hand had to wait way past their quoted pick up time on an oil change. They will get business regardless, just maybe not from us.
