I wish I could give zero stars. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism exhibited by Windermere. Over a week ago, boyfriend and I applied for a rental that was being managed by Windermere Property Management. When you are looking into spending $ 18,000 a year on your living space, you expect prompt responses and a degree of respect from those handling the property. Not to mention that we plunked down over $ 70 in application fees. We received NO response whatsoever. I resorted to checking Craigslist to see if the property was still being advertised and it said the author of the post had deleted it (it didn’t just expire). I also checked the status on the Windermere site and it said it was «pending.» I called the agent at Windermere and of course it went straight to voicemail. He never returned my call. I am never consulting with Windermere again for any real estate matter. They are rude, have dreadful customer service, and clearly don’t care about follow-​up or potential customers.

Our Real Estate Agent, Lisa Rhodes, helped us find a new house and sell our old house. She is so wonderful to work with.
We found a wonderful rambler in the neighborhood we wanted and bought it at a great price. We moved in and then Lisa told us what we needed to do to get our old house ready for sale. We followed all her advice and when the house went on the market it sold the same day.
