I have had Pacific NW Insurance as my provider for home and auto insurance for almost 13 years now. The quality of service has always been exceptional and they are truly an advocate for you. My conversations have ranged from the comical («hey Rob, a cop just pulled me over and said I was speeding, rolled through a stop sign and forgot to signal, but he is willing to drop 2 of the 3, which one has the least impact on my insurance?)… to the more serious (my mom got rear-​ended and accrued medical expenses and the other insurance wasn’t willing to pay). In all occasions, they have bent over backwards to help me out. I couldn’t recommend them any more highly.
