Mike was the perfect real estate agent for us. He spent a great deal of time to understand what it was exactly that we wanted — price, style, location, needs vs. wants, etc. He narrowed our search down to just what we specified and spent the entire day with us helping us find our perfect home. He was smart about the pros and cons of each home and helped us through the process as first time home buyers. The last house we visited had been on the market for only a few days and he insisted that we make a stop — it turned out to be our dream home! He was diligent and persistant about getting us what we wanted and made us feel so comfortable in what could have been a confusing process. We will continue to use Mike next time we are in the market and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

We have used Michael’s (Mike’s) services to buy a house and to sell our rental properties. He is outstanding!!! I can’t say enough good things about this man. I recommend him to everyone I know, and several of our friends and relatives also used his services. He charges less than a regular agent does, but his services are far superior to the regular agents I have used before meeting him. He is constantly working non-​stop, even late at night and holidays. He always provided us with good advice and contacted every person involved in transaction. I don’t know how he does it and when he finds the time, but he was always on top of things e-​mailing constantly.
