Every town has their good McDonald’s and not so good McDonald’s. This is the good McDonalds. Family owned, good employees, friendly service. If course a few rare orders where condiments were forgotten, but I don’t see this as a huge deal since it is so common with fast food.

Third time in a row I’ve come here and the drive thru isn’t open. Either be open. Or change the 24 hr drive thru listing on Google to NOT open 24hrs you fcking idiots! this place is either ran by morons or people that don’t care, either way I’m done with these rejects. Never coming here again that’s for sure!!!

This place was filthy, even for a McDonald’s. I was there about 7:00PM and it did not look the tables had been wiped all day, and the floor was littered with fries and napkins. And about those fries. Generally McDonald’s fries are one of the things you can count on in this world. There’s a Burger King across the street from this one, and a Five Guys a block away — but I like McDonald’s fries and will put up with an average burger. I was surprised and disappointed that the fries were soggy and stale. I know McDonald’s is not Canlis, I get that. At the very least I hope it will be clean.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Not that this review will matter to most… McDonald’s is a cheap and fast way to go … This McDonald’s is horrible. Food was wrong. Took 5 calls to get a manager. When I finally talked to Tim today he kept saying«so what do you want!» I replied«decent customer service». Ha! That wasn’t going to happen…, he seriously was YELLING at me – said something about me having a nice life — and hung up. When I phoned back he picked up the phone and without saying anything set it on the counter so I could hear the restaurant noises. I hung up and called back to just get a busy signal. Apparently they take the phone off the hook when the store is busy so they don’t have to deal with phone calls — that comes from an employee. I will support making a different restaurant owner rich– not Tim or Lenny.

Went through the drive-thru to get some filet-o-fish for my kids this past weekend and there were probably about 5 – 6 cars and only one single person handling a chaotic situation with calm and care. He didn’t look grumpy or acted as if he had better things to do, instead he took that situation and treated customers as if they were valued and special. Thank you, Connor, for your excellent service!

Decent biscuits. They have diet Dr. Pepper and sweet tea, both difficult to find elsewhere. Friendly employees. Slowish drive thru.

This McDonald’s seems like a Franchise location — but I usually receive consistent food here, Like all fast food, people have stopped ordering from the #‘d meal menu as who wants to pay $ 8+ for an average lunch! The drive-through can be a menace to navigate around — as it easily lines up to the street — so be thoughtful when you park as you may not be able to back out of your parking space!

They raised prices higher than other stores and I ordered a medium coffee and she only filled it halfway.

I don’t really go inside so I don’t have many of the complaints I read from some of the other reviewer’s. At this particular McDonald’s it’s the management staff the particularly impresses me. There always upbeat always willing to help despite always having new staff. I have never had an order Mixed up like I read in some of these other reviews and let’s face it it’s McDonald’s food.

This McDonalds is truly ran by idiots. There is an issue every time we go here, and rarely do we come here. Last month I was overcharged by eight dollars because the lady kept adding bacon to Mc chickens when I said no. I had to pay, pull around, go inside and tell a manager that she was over charging me. And the fries were so old, they were basically mush and soggy. Granted they refunded the whole bill for the trouble, but seriously. This last time they put rotten apples in my kids meal, gave us the wrong sandwich and forgot our french fries. We only ordered the three things, and they screwed them all up! We didn’t notice the wrong meals till we got home, and weren’t planning on going back. How can you not notice the apples are rotten though? A toddler could tell you that. If you are practicing the virtue of patience, this is truly the place to be. You’ll need it.

Horrible! The fries were not salted and undercooked. They are folding the fry boxes incorrectly so you aren’t getting a full box of fries! They do this so they make more money on the fries. I ordered the cheddar onion burger and it didn’t have the onions on it!

One of my favorite McDonald’s. Granted, I’ve actually never been inside. However, I regularly frequent the drive-thru. Everything is always very fast and well prepared. An anecdote — this morning I came by for breakfast. The line was wrapped almost all the way around the store! I thought«man, this sucks». But, my resolve to start my day with delicious McGriddles was strong, so I patiently got in line. Much to my surprise, I barely stopped moving. I was actually nervous when I came up to the window because I didn’t think I’d be fast enough with my credit card. It was the quickest drive-thru service I’ve ever had a busy fast food place. Oh…and as expected, the McGriddles were fantastic!

Stopped by McDonald’s for the first time in a long while as I saw an ad for Chicken McNuggets and was feeling nostalgic. This location is in the Totem Lake area of Kirkland with close access to 405 and a decent amount of parking. I did also like that they have calorie counts on their menu items, though fast food restaurants are doing that in general now. That being said, I would say that this McDonald’s rates lowly of the many ones that I have visited. When I got there, I found out that this location did not have the McNugget promotion so I decided to just pick out something else. I went for the dollar menu and picked up a McChicken, side salad and iced tea. The McChicken was small and looked poorly put together, the side salad was a bit watery and seemed more sparse than I remember and the iced tea was exceedingly sweet. I have been staying away from fast food, but if I do get the urge, I would get Jack In The Box or Wendy’s over McDonald’s. The choices at McDonald’s just do not seem appealing enough for the calories you take in.
