I was referred to this jeweler after inquiring about a quality place to get a repair done. I walked in 30 minutes till closing and I was greeted with three very friendly employees. After giving them a quick explanation on my repair request and telling them about my referral, they quickly evaluated my ring. They offered to have it ready in one day and at a very reasonable price. I showed up one day later and there it was, shiny and new! These guys are awesome!

So super friendly and helpful! What delightful staff! My daughter’s wedding is in two days and she wanted to wear her sister’s pearl bracelet (for the «something borrowed») which had to be repaired. I called twice –first time early in the week to confirm they could fix the bracelet with a quick turnaround and second time just this morning to ask if they could fix the bracelet in one day since i was unable to drop it off earlier due to other last minute errands and family obligations. Each time I was reassured that they would take good care of me and they sure did!
To make things more complicated I decided last minute to also see if they could repair my favorite ring that I had put off repairing (thinking it would cost me too much) but not only did they inexpensively fix the bracelet within minutes, my ring was fixed for free!
What a great surprise that I will now be able to wear this ring for the first time in years on my daughter’s wedding day! And my daughter will be able to wear her beloved sister’s bracelet on her special day! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I had a custom engagement ring made and my experience was excellent. Frank worked with me end to end on the project — I provided the initial sketch and he and I worked on improving that. We then worked together on making the wax version of the ring (more accurately: Frank worked and patiently answered all of my questions!). His attention to detail was remarkable, and the ring ended up being exactly like we planned. I also really appreciated that he let me watch the ring making process — this was fascinating.
The ring turned out perfect, and working with Frank was a great experience. I would highly recommend Mallinak Designs for custom jewelry.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was getting my 8 year old daughers ears pierced at this jewelry store. Tammy was so amazing. She was so careful in picking just the right spot for the piercing — so that they are even when you look at my daughter. She explained carefully to her how to clean her ears, and helped us pick out daring first earrings, gave us the cleaning solution — all for $ 30! I am so glad my sister recommended Mallinak’s! We drove from Sammamish and it was certainly worth it! I had heard many horror stories about Claire’s. Very thankful. Thank you Mallinak’s and Tammy!
