Got a french manicure and it looks alright. My main issue was that my cuticles were bleeding on two fingers, hence the 2 stars. Probably won’t come back again.

Let me start out by saying how excited I am! My nails look fabulous! Yen did a wonderful job, really took her time to make sure my nails looked exactly the way I wanted. Not to mention how well she filed and shaped my acrylic nails! The woman next to me was getting a manicure from the other nail technician and it also looked fabulous! Atmosphere was relaxing, salon was very clean, and both women seemed knowledgeable and happy to be there. I have been looking for a new nail salon ever since I had a bad experience at the salon next door, and luxury nails has found themselves a new loyal customer! See you soon Yen!

I have been to many nail salons over the years. This is by far the best and I have been their loyal customer since the two women purchased the business. Yen and Heather are careful and professional, taking the time to do a very good job. Whether it is nails, pedicure or wax they do a great job. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been to luxury spa and nail for more than two years. I think I was a decent customer… tipping very well everytime. Today I went there in the morning since I didnt have time to do my nail for a while. Heather start to do my nail but she had to leave so Yen took over. Her job was very sloppy… I understand there were people waiting but I expect for her to do it decently when I’m paying for the service. My nail turned out so bad that I was furious… I keep telling them nicely to fix it but she kept saying it’s OK. I know my nails are so tiny so it’s hard to put clear tip and look really natural but they were doing g perfect job before.(That’s why I keep going there) but today I could tell Yen was in hurry… Everything was done and I paid and paid 17%tip. When I went home everyone was laughing at my nail… and I realized it was worse than I thought. I called Yen and asked if I can have it fix or refund. she told to come in. My friend and I went there… I was so disappointed and upset about how Yen treated me. I told her I really don’t like my nail and she told me right off the bat«I don’t know it’s not my fault, it’s your nail» I was like«?! Can I just have my money back?» she replied«no I can’t. It’s not my fault it’s your nail. I don’t know» and I told her«I will never come back…» I would be more happy if she apologize once and at least tried to fix the problem… I really have been a good customer so I don’t understand why she couldn’t just try and be more helpful… I told all my friends who go there not to go there.. I am really disappointed, Yen…

I am so dissapointed! I used to come here once a two weeks. They are always telling me I can just wait«few minutes» and I ended up waiting over 30minutes. Workes are all nice people but they just don’t treat customer right way. I went to get my full set today(July 20, 2013), the store wasn’t even open. Workers were still waiting and also few custmoers were also waiting outside. It says they open at 9:30am on Saturday, but it was already 12:45pm. They should put some notes if they are trying to open the store around 3pm! Since they are never on time and their skill has been getting really sloppy, It’s time for me to go to another place. They shouldn’t take over the ownership of 2nd store if they can’t even take care of 1st one. Booo to Luxury Spa Nail!
