This company took the name of the original company,(no relation at all), Long Life Massage and Spa, in Kirkland. They evidently tried to steal business. Evidently it did not work. It has bad reviews.

I started going to this spa for the $ 25 foot massage from the very beginning when they opened in Kirkland. I liked this place and had a good time. Then gradually noticed the deterioration by end of last yr: — the masseuse are always different can’t find the same one twice — the younger girls were not attentive to the massage, too eager to finish, took long water change breaks and chatted and laughed incessantly in the«quiet» spa room so relaxing was impossible — one time they messed up our charges: I saw a charge that my friend paid and she was charged mine. We got the same thing, so the only difference was in tip. No big deal. But I was disappointed and realized this mixup can happen to other customers with different charges. gave them still one more shot: brought my parents here for their anniversary. I called ahead to make sure they were ready for 3 people. The owner asked me to come at 3. when we arrived, there was mass confusion the employee didn’t know we made appointment for 3 people, called the owner had a long speaker phone discussion in front of us. What’s ridiculously unprofessional is she blamed the owner and the owner came in and blamed her! I don’t know how this was our problem esp since we called ahead. Bad communication b/w owner and employee is a terrible sign. although the owner offered me free 30 min massage, apologized and were still able to give my parents the massage while I waited in the lobby, I am confident this business location will not survive. will never recommend to anyone. Not only is there a communication gap with English the communication gap b/w each other, inability to accommodate and keep appointments, blaming each other in front of the customer and finally charging the wrong amounts on the credit cards makes this a final deal breaker. not worth it.

This was by far the worse spa experience I ever had in my life, honestly. I took my friend to the Long Life Retreat & Spa in Bellevue and we should have turned around when we saw the place but instead I decided to give them a chance. HORRIBLE idea on my part. We both received a Spa Package for $ 75.00 The horror all began with the foot message. Amy to be exact was my masseuse if that’s what one wants to call her. Amy started by rubbing my calves with some kind of oil them she moved right on up to my face and the oil all over face too. That was weird encounter #1. Weird encounter #2 while my friend was right next to me her masseuse prayed over her head right before she started rubbing her head/face. The conversation was pretty hard to maintain with them because their English wasn’t good. I didn’t have a problem with that I just though it was kind hard to make light conversation with her because she didn’t know what I was saying. Things got much more interesting once the phone started to ring around 1:45 in the afternoon. Amy would STOP in mid message to answer the phone calls from other clients leaving me there just waiting on her to return. She would bashfully apologize for leaving high in dry to try to make another buck. Amy then stopped to foot message and moved on to the body. She asked me to strip down completely nude in this small 8X8 room that was right by the front door entrance. The room didn’t have a covering on top OR a lock on the door and I was literally naked in the front of the store in a small cube. This was definitely uncomfortable. While Amy was messaging my back she didn’t put any pressure or real effort into it at all. Weird encounter #3 would have to be when Amy started to rub down butt cheeks with oil. For a moment I thought my man was going to walk in and finish things off with a happy ending. Of course he didn’t because he was at work in Seattle but the way this woman was touching me was not comforting. I could hear the other woman next door pounding my friends body with her fist over and over due to there being no ceilings. I think the final two straw had to be when Amy asked me to get on the phone with someone so I could give them directions on how to get to the spa in the middle of my message. I wanted to SNAP but I held my composure. And last but not least Amy asked if we could leave her a tip. Who does that? All in all this message should have been free because it was so terrible. My man couldn’t believe I paid $ 75 and neither could I. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. It was tragic.

I tried to look for this spa here on Unilocal and I could not find the one with the correct address so I am creating one. This was the worst spa/facial experience I ever had. My friend and I decided for Spa Week to try out different spa places with the discount for Spa Week. We picked this place. She got a massage and I got… a facial? Here is what went wrong with the facial: –She used cotton pads to cover my eyes while she was doing the facial –She used paper towels/some small sponge that flaked off to wipe my face –The products used were sample sized kinds you can get free at any Department Store –She left several times and came back in the middle of doing my face –She tried to massage my face but it was just awkward –She dripped water onto my shirt and neck while doing the facial –There was no towels to cover my neck from the products –There was no hair band or any ties to keep my hair away from my face so basically she got the face lotion etc. onto my hair –The products she used came from a small make-up bag which looked like her own personal make-up bag –I had tissue stuff all over my face when I was done –The list goes on –I really want my $$ back Stay away from this place, it’s in Kirkland right by Giggles Comedy Club, I think it may have just opened etc. –This was $ 50!
