Kirkland way has great customer service. The space is clean and feels safer because it’s indoors. I’ve rented a unit here for over a year without any issues.

It’s storage, right! But sooooo much more.
They could’ve rattled off a bunch of square footage and rates but instead, asked what i needed to store to give me options. From the moment I called, I was meet with EXCELLENT customer service. I looked at several units on different levels to see if all my things would fit. Not once did I feel like I was imposing. I reserved a couple units to think about and the following day they followed up, which I appreciated because Its a busy time (moving and all).
Everyone was very accommodating and so helpful. They also were able to recommend movers that are quality referrals.
Great location, Clean, Secure, VERY helpful & professional staff. I’d Highly recommend.
