We purchased our home back in September 2012. at first we had a different loan officer who we were using to get pre-​approved for a loan… however, after 3−4months the loan officer told us that they could no longer pre-​approved us for a loan right before we were planning to put an offer on the house. I was very disappointed and at the same time feel a little hopeless due to the fact that we really like the house and were going to be missing out on the house we like. I have talked with Wells fargo and a couple other Loan officer too just to make sure that I can secure a loan. but, nothing seems to work.
However, this is where our real estator Marcia McDonald came in and told us about Jenny Boyce. Jenny basically worked with us step by step to set us for a loan. she worked really fast and within a few weeks (sending the proper documents and etc) we got our loan pre-​approved and Approved! we couldn’t be happier. even after all the other loan officer says no to us, we could still landed a loan.
The process was painless and very engaging. we really enjoyed working with Jenny and her team and most importantly we feel confident that we understand and we know everything about our loan. If I ever need to make another loan I would definitely go to Jenny or refer her to everyone I know.
