I found this place through a community of rentals. I secured my rent over the phone due to moving from Hawaii directly and moved in on the blind. I am not disappointed in the least. Overall meets my needs and my 2 dogs. The grounds are well managed for allowing dogs in the units. I like the direct access into the units and that my car is parked right outside my door under a carport. Its quiet, efficient and convenient for all my needs. So far so good, its been a month and I have no complaints.

I needed a place to move into fast and Vaiza, the manager at Hunters Run, had her staff rush to get my apartment ready as soon as possible… They were very, very accommodating and kind… I absolutely love my apartment and the nice grassy area all around! Moving is usually stressful, but they made it painless… Randy, one of the amazing maintenance men, helped me right away when I needed a couple of things… My apartment was clean and fresh and move in ready, I am so thankful and grateful for the terrific staff here! I don’t plan on moving anytime soon, centrally located around everything that I need! Thank you Vaiza for being so wonderful to me!

I moved here in NOvember 2012, management was nice. But when it comes to solve any problems they are never going to help you. I have to call them for weeks to ask to fix something or remove the mold from storage. I have to by chlorine and clean windows my self. Then i after they clean a closet mold appear again, and since last time i told management it is been almost week. And she swear that she will personal go and make sure they clean it. Horrible service. Water and sewer bills are too high. I am barely use water, i take a 5 minute shower and, my bills are 130 $$$$$ a month. I

My husband and I lived here for our first apartment together. We had a one bed one bath apt. The bathroom was huge and the bedroom was a pretty good size, but there was little storage. Closet in bedroom was small and no coat closet in the living room. Nice fireplace and kitchen with a lot of cupboards. About halfway through our lease we found black mold growing in our apt walls and on our windows. Little was done about this problem until we thretened to not pay rent and move out. After that it was cleaned up right away. Office managers and staff are not helpful. After we moved out, probably 2 months later we get a random piece of mail saying we owe 160 $ and if we do not pay by that friday we will be sent to collections… That pissed us off. So after trying to call and getting no answer for 3 days, i finally got ahold of someone and made payment arrangements. But when we went to drop off payments the office was closed, not once, not twice, but 4 times!!! So we finaly deciding to track someone down by visiting some other apartments that Mark Taylor owns… That was a task in its own. Took us 3 hrs just to find someone to drop off payment to and get our questions answered. Not a good customer service company!
