The Asian women who works is the RUDEST person I’ve ever worked with. I work for a customer care like for a huge clothing store and deal with rude people all day but nothing compares to her. I tried to make a return and she refused to accept it and do the return because it hurts her business and she threw my items at me telling me I need to use them and not to return then… they were weight loss products. I will be getting in contact with GNCs corporate office about this. do NOT shop here.

If I could leave a less than. One star I would. Negative 10 star. Rude rude rude rude. Theives. Went in for pre workout. Same product I have been using for yrs. Been buying from other stores. Ran out before my workout today. I normally pay 49.99 for the product. Made the mistake of thinking I could buy the same product at the location. They carry it. But no price tag on the shelf. So I figured it shouldn’t be any different then all the other GNC. Wrong. 89.99. And when I tried to use my membership card it was still 89.99. Walked out. Didn’t purchase. Drove to Redmond, 10 miles away, to get the product. Surprise it was 49.99 on the shelf and I got my discount with out any issues.
The staff at the totem lake branch are idiots. They know nothing about what they sell. All they care about is selling the highest priced products. All products are insanely marked up. 100% mark up on most products. Don’t be a fool and buy anything from them. Boycott.
I will be getting in touch with corporate after this and making a formal fraud complaint.

I’ve actually ‘tried’ to buy something there over the last few months and had to walk out of the store empty-​handed each time. Either they don’t have it or are priced way above market value. Today I went in for rice protein and wound up selecting a vegan protein from a shelf marked $ 17.99 /​$ 19.99 (for non-​members). It rang up after tax at $ 68.88. When I showed the ‘sales lady’ the shelf with the price she was just rude and took no responsibility for the inaccurate pricing. She turned her back on me and walked away saying to no one in particular, «I’m sorry» dismissively. Walking out I thought I’ll never, ever go back there. Always a waste of my time. Do not shop here.

I agree with Cole. Even with my Gold Card entered I just got charged $ 67.99 for something showing on
for $ 59.99. I asked why one brand of casein was better than another, and am not even sure the man helping me understood my question, let alone was capable of answering. I am bummed the GNC in downtown Kirkland closed… will only buy from
from now on.

So rude. Same as the review from Jason, I went in to return some thing I got at another location. She told me to go back there. When I kept insisting she finally agreed. She told me how unhappy she was and not to buy else where and return it here ever again. I will never go back to this location.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Went in to look at test booster I saw on
David, the guy who was working spent 5 min trying to force the $ 150 bottle down my throat. After telling him no I asked about some I saw online. He grudgingly with obvious disinterest show me where they were. I asked him how much at which point he tried to charge me almost double what it said on
. I showed him the website price even with shipping at which point he basically told me to go shop online instead. $ 54 online and he says the lowest he can go is $ 89. Felt like I was getting scammed so I walked out. So awkward and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t give that guy my money even if he had offered to go lower than online price. second time this has happened with the same place and same guy. First was with pre workout 2 months ago and same story. Thought it might be different this time but no dice. Surprised this place is even still open the way he treats people

Simply put, do NOT go here. They do not know how to do gold card discounts and when they do, they try to scam you.

Had the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had anywhere.
This lady doesn’t even bother greeting me at the door, just walks up to the counter giving me a mean look. I’ve never been to this location before so it was kind of strange. I ask her if I can return these two products I purchased at the downtown Kirkland location since I didn’t like the flavor much. She just says «You can go there instead.» How disrespectfully rude she was! What’s worse is that it’s not against their policy since I had the receipt and made the purchase within 30 days, and they can take returns regardless of franchise location. It was baffling how poorly she handled this. She needs another job or a serious lesson in customer service 101.
