Asked F&M for a quote and requested they come over to do an estimate. They were supposed to be over to my house at 10am. The contractor shows up at 1030am and the first thing he says is, «I tried to call you why didn’t you answer the phone.» I told him that I don’t answer numbers I don’t know. He then said, «Are you Kristin?!» I said yes and let him in. He did not even apologize for being over 30 minutes late. He told me he couldn’t find my building but later on he told me that his friend used to live in my condos and as soon as he saw my address he knew where I lived so I have no idea what is true. He then took over an hour to do the estimate and was quiet a lot of the time. The first contractor I had come out asked lots of questions had lots of concerns and comments. He then said he would have an estimate for me on the following Tuesday. Never got the estimate. I emailed on Thursday asking where the estimate was and he said he was sick and that he would email it to me Friday. I thought okay no problem I definitely understand that. Friday, Saturday and Sunday go by and not a word from Mario. I emailed him today on Monday and he said he emailed it to me on Friday. I did not get the estimate. He said I needed to check my spam box. Wasn’t in there either, makes no sense why I am getting ever other email but not the most important one he supposedly sent. I finally was just so fed up with everything I told Mario I was not going to be using his business. Sad that I am willing to give you my money but you don’t even have enough professionalism to send me an estimate and show up late and not even apologize. Just blows my mind. While I’m sure they do great work it’s clear that I’ll never know. Disappointing.
