Epicurean Catering

After our original caterer went out of business 3 months before our wedding, my wife and I spoke to the people at Epicurean to see if they could help us out of our bind. We absolutely could not be happier!
From the initial phone call to see if they were available on our date, to inviting us to meet with the owner and head chef, to offering us proposals on a menu (we wanted «American with a French-​twist» and had a large number of picky eaters), working with us to stay on budget, and the service staff on the day of the wedding, we really cannot say enough good things about Epicurean!
The staff on the day of the wedding was really a highlight: I spoke with their crew chief on the phone the day before the wedding, and off-​handedly mentioned my wife’s affinity for strawberry lemonade. After showing us through the buffet, the crew chief was waiting for us at the end of the line with a glass for my wife! Epicurean showed an amazing attention to detail and was absolutely great to work with every step of the way, and I would quickly recommend them to anyone without a second thought!

Epicurean catered the Water for People event I attended last night. Everything they provided was delicious!
They had;
Salad– Fresh seasonal fruit, gorgonzola cheese, pecan pralines, field greens. Balsamic vinaigrette. (YUM!!)
Mushroom champagne risotto.
Rolls — 2 kinds. They were delicious.
Chicken– pan seared, garlic, mushrom, onion, sun dried tomatoes, capers, chardonnay butter sauce. I didn’t try it but I think this is what it was.
Salmon– soy, garlic, brown sugar.

Epicurean catered my 40^th birthday and they were a treat to work with. The theme was «Pulp Fiction» and they were totally game to play along and come up with creative ideas — like their own take on the Big Kahuna Burger. We didn’t really push their culinary skills with our menu so I hesitate to give them 5 stars, but they were completely professional and we’d use them again in a heartbeat.
