For the amount of watches they have in the place, you think they’d know how to change a battery, especially when it’s listed as one of their services. The backing never got put back on correctly, water got inside the watch and I had to take it back the very next day. Luckily they dried it out over the weekend and it still works fine, but it sure was a debacle. I won’t be going back.

Rude owner and shoddy merchandise. My wife was sold a non-​working watch. When she returned it, she witnessed him put it right back into the display case. Then he tried to push another on her that she wasn’t interested in. When she simply asked for her money back, he basically threw insufficient cash at her while mumbling something about having to buy a battery.

I was shopping in kirkland when i came across this store, was pleasantly surprised that I can sell my gold jewelery besides buying things at the store. the owners offered me a very good rate and i will be a returning customer to buy or sell.

Ive been looking for a specific Antique Diamond Engagement Ring for my Fiancé for the past 4 months now and could not find exactly what I needed. Her grandmother that had recently passed away had owned a beautiful antique ring which was going to be passed on to my Fiancé when we were getting engaged, unfortunately the ring had been stolen along with countless other things after her grandmothers house had been burglarized. After hearing my story and the frustration that came with it, the guys at Elite Treasures Company, went out of their way to track down exactly what I was searching for, 4 days later. Except the ring had a sapphire in the center rather then a 1ct diamond like her Grandmothers ring. They said no problem we have a wide variety of loose diamonds that we can have our goldsmiths set into the ring and replace the sapphire. 7 Days later not only did I have the perfect ring but it also had a 1.5ct diamond set in it at the cost of a 1ct. stone. The surprise for my soon to be Fiancé, was priceless and so was the look in her eyes. It brought tears to everyone in the room when they saw how happy and surprised she was. Im a client for LIFE now after being treated with so much care and dedication and understanding by them. I recommend you go to them first before you buy anything else. I know i will from now on!
