We are finally homeowners and Debbie Walter and her team were our saving grace! My wife and I got our first house via Debbie. She was simply outstanding. She had complete knowledge about the area and answered every single question/​concern that we had. She is very good in negotiations (one of her best skills) and very prompt in communication. She listened to our requirements and got us the right house. She was never pushy and she has contact details of inspectors, contractors, painters, plumbers and the best of mortgage brokers. The best part is she conducts an initial consultation on a 1 on 1 basis with you (this is even before you choose her as your agent). The session lasts close to 2.5 hours but trust me when I say it is worth it. I would strongly recommend that session for the simple reason that you will be able to get an idea of Debbie yourself and you will not regret your decision. I have referred 3 of my friends so far and each one of them have had a pleasant experience.
