David Greene

We sold our house and THEN started looking to buy. We were under a short time frame and it turns out that on the last day possible of our searching the very last house we looked at — was THE one.
A friend gave us David Greene’s contact info. We weren’t too sure we wanted to do anything but just work with our bank but after a few conversations with David Greene — we were VERY sure he was exactly who we needed to help us navigate the financial part of our transaction.
I don’t know if David would want others to know this but I am going to say it anyway — he closed the deal in just 3 weeks. I know. I know. In this market? Yes. in this market. It’s hard to believe — but that’s the truth.
It was a typical two steps forward, one step back sort of thing — challenges not related to David Greene’s performance that made it seem nearly impossible. But in the end there we were, thanks to David Greene, getting the keys to our new casa on the day we had to move out of our former house.
And that’s not all. Oh no that’s not all — he did it with aplomb. He was so helpful and informative and it was so obvious that he is a straight up guy — honest and caring. Plus he could talk clearly about complex topics. We felt as if he was clearly on OUR side.
Hands down — David Greene is the best. I can’t believe we nearly went with our bank and missed out on getting the best service and a loan that ended up putting us in the best situation for our financial goals.
