We were given Rick’s information from Sunset Glass in Bellevue to do some glass panels in our kitchen. We sent him an e-​mail and it took a few days to hear back. After getting a price back from him, I sent him another e-​mail because his prices were much higher than all of the other quotes I got and was wondering if he’d be able to come down a bit because we preferred to work with him since Sunset Glass provided his information. The response that we got was so abrasive that I wouldn’t want to work with him even if he said he’d do the project for free. I can’t believe that this is the way people treat their potential customers. We have built our house from the ground up and have yet to have such an awful experience with anyone we have talked to. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Can’t say better things about Rick and his studio. After I broke a part of my friend’s very expensive chandelier and finding out the manufacturer had discontinued it I had to get crafty. I was able to find a similar piece of glass and have Rick etch it to match. Definitely saved the day!!!
His studio also makes some incredibly beautiful and detailed custom work which I can only aspire to someday having in my house. I really didn’t know this kind of stuff was possible. Thanks again Rick! Keep up the good work!
