Bonafide Lock & Safe

I called in the morning and they were able to fit me in for an afternoon visit. CJ re-​keyed three door locks for me and the service was great. Timely, quality work and very helpful. I certainly recommend using the services of Bonafide Lock & Safe.

I just bought a house in Kirkland and called these guys to re-​key it. They did a great job! The tech was fast and efficient and knew everything there was to know about locks. He adjusted the tumblers, lubricated everything, and gave me new keys in a jiffy. I would definitely recommend them!

Casey helped me with an ongoing project to replace a lock in a patio door to key it the same as the rest of my house. He was knowledgeable and helpful, even though I was still in research mode. Thanks!

I moved into a new place several years ago, needed to change the locks. Called one place that gave me a quote over the phone, came out and absolutely tried to rip me off by hundreds of dollars and then wouldn’t leave when I told them to get the heck out of here. I won’t mention the nationality of this R-​Ripoff company but I’ll bet many of you know what I am talking about. I then called Bonafide and the price they quoted was the price I paid. The guy who came out was as nice as he could be. Sorry I waited so long to praise this company.

The people who work there walk on water as far as I’m concerned.
They helped me replace a hard to find key for an out of date lock.
They were great and I will go back there and recommend them to my friends and family.

We had Bonafide come and replace a lock that just stopped working. We were quite lucky that someone happened to be home when this happened else we would have been all locked out of the house!
Hector came promptly and efficiently replaced the faulty part with a great explanation as to what had happened and ensuring that the part he replaced would be fixable in the future.

I bought a safe from Bonafide Lock & Safe yesterday and could not be happier. I am one of these people that researches big purchases to death so I did my homework before I bought. Bonafide’s prices were only slightly higher than the best internet price that I could find. But what took the purchase experience over the top was the people. Nora and Hector are the owners of the business and I was fortunate enough to get to work with them. I spoke to Nora twice on the phone and then for an hour in there store asking every question I could think of. Nora was courteous and patient with me and answered every question I had with a smile. I cannot remember how many times she thanked me for considering doing business with them. Then Hector delivered my safe and the good experiences continued. Bottom line is the price was great, but the experience with the people really took it over the top! Thank you Nora and Hector!
