The lady messed up my appointment date but worked me in though I had to wait for 30 min. ! Secondly, the office is so cluttered and looks very unprofessional. It looks like a messy house and not a doctor’s office !

Cancelled on me TWO TIMES due to overbooking.
Office staff even CONFIRMED my appointment and then had the guts to call me and tell me it was cancelled.
Never again. :(
