Allure Laser Center & Medispa

5 stars for customer service. I never used their services but, by mistake I gave them a terrible review thinking it was Aura laser in kirkland. The staff there sent me the nicest email explaining that they had never done a groupon deal and asked me to contact them even apologizing for a bad experience they had nothing to do with. I quickly realized my mistake. They were all so nice and understanding.

I had a blocked tear duct (tears running down my face) and my ophthalmologist referred me to Dr Sires, and he did a great job — microsurgery to fix the problem. Very thorough and professional. If he has an attitude it’s because he knows he’s good. (BTW Think twice before having your eyelids lifted even if they are obstructing your vision. It changes your appearance completely even when it is done right.)

I saw Dr. Hauck for some Botox and my forehead looks awesome already! No more wrinkles and I don’t feel embarrassed to look at myself in the mirror anymore. Dr. Hauck was pleasant and I would go see him again. I’ve already recommended my friends to go see him despite some of the other reviews.

Do not under any circumstances bother with this organization.
The people that work there are incompetent and the quality of their work is questionable.
I had a procedure on my eyes and when I told them there was a lump that had formed as a result of the procedure on one eye, they offered to have it fixed, at my cost.
Behind the scenes the employees talked down to me as if I were a child, truly unprofessional. With one employee threatening me with a «lawsuit» if I didn’t pay immediately.
This is definitely an organization where the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
There are many choices in where to have a procedure performed, especially procedures that are not covered by insurance.
I suggest you avoid Allure Facial Laser Center and Medispa.

I haven’t been able to find places out here since I moved that did Vitalized peels. I started to dig and do some research and found 2 places. Allure and another in Bellevue. At home they were about $ 100, so I know the pricing well and I usually get one every 3 ½ months. They really help smooth out your skin and help with any scaring or sun damage. The place in Bellevue wanted $ 245. Which is just plain nuts! Allure charges $ 150, and well worth it! They gave me a ton of samples and a face wash to use my first few days. I also loved the tinted sunscreen she used on me that I bought a bottle for me and my man.
I called Allure to inquire about their peels and get information. They explained everything to me and were so kind! My second call back was to make my appointment. They usually schedule an appointment first before you get one so you know everything you need to know and make sure your the right person for that type of peel. I think that is very nice, that they take a interest in making sure you know plenty before you just do it. I however have had about 4 – 5 so I am well aware of the before, during and after. They still however had Linda call me to go over everything and it was a delight to see they were so interested in making sure their patients know everything and go over what you shouldn’t use on your face a week before the peel, and 2 – 3 days before the peel.
Upon arriving here, it is a beautiful place, free-​easy parking and wow, the girls are so sweet. =) My appointment was w/​Linda. She talked to me about everything & future ideas. Super professional! 5 stars! I am very pleased with my services and will be back that is for sure. I like how she told me about another peel that was more but didn’t push it, she wanted me to start with what I was use to and go from there.
I would say, I am glad I didn’t let 1 bad review ruin my vision on going here. I am glad I did! Thanks to Linda, I know what to do for my next appointment.

While everything with the clinic and staff is okay, my eyelid lift experience with Dr. Laukaitis was a nightmare. Beyond his rude arrogance, he left my eyelids looking half finished. I now have sad, droopy eyes at the corners. I also have zipper-​like scars that are permanent.
There are too many other better surgeons so don’t risk your face with this one.
Avoid this butcher who really should be called, Dr. Don’t-Cut-Us!
