Arrived a few minutes after the doors were locked but before the staff left for the night. As I only needed to drop off a pre-paid package for shipment the next day I thought I was in luck as they could just add it to tomorrow’s shipments, how wrong I was. They employee simply kept stating that they were closed and I should come back tomorrow because they were closed. For a business in a service industry they had no desire to provide any.

Wow. What an experience. The man that runs this shop should not be in this type of business. I sent a $ 21 fax to my child’s summer camp and I was given a confirmation that it was sent. The camp called me the next day to inform me they did not receive the fax. I returned to the UPS Store to have it resent. I was given a different number by the camp to try. The man running the UPS Store decided to give me lecture about why he should charge me again for resending a $ 21 fax that was never received. He had absolutely no regard for me as a customer. Why would I want to come up and resend a fax just for grins. Then because he was not listening to me, the customer I told him that I would never come and use his services again. He said he would call the cops on me if I ever came in his shop again and wrote my plate number down. I told him doesn’t really need to worry about me coming back because I only will use shops that respect their customers. Why anyone would use this guy is beyond me. Plus I think he may have been drunk.
