Sleepy’s

I must update my previous rating to say that, although my experience in the Butler Nj retail store was very negative, I had just the opposite experience with Sleepys customer service. Their response was prompt and professional. They did what they committed to do and for that, I thank their representative «KC» for her diligence.

My wife and I were in desperate need of a new mattress. So, we figured why not check out the closest mattress store to us and I’m really glad we did, because we got hooked up!
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a sales person. After all the questions and trying out several beds, we finally found the one that was just right! Also, we upped the ante and went from a queen to a king; best decision we ever made.
Plus, we got our mattress at a really good time. They were giving away power adjustable bed frames with the purchase of a mattress!
The sales person hooked us up! I had mentioned to him that we were going from a queen to a king and he added all kinds of free stuff to the order! He gave us free king size side sleeper pillows, cool gel pillow case covers, a mattress cover and a super discounted comforter for our duvet.
We had to wait a couple weeks, because the special delivery truck for power frames was booked from the special offer they had. After a couple weeks the delivery guys came with our new mattress and frame and had it set up in less than 15 minutes and they hauled off our old mattress and box spring.
Now with my new comfy mattress, I’m actually excited to lay in bed. (I’m such a dork. Smh)

I agree with the last reviewer… The ‘Used Car Salesman’ vibe of yesteryear is reincarnated as today’s mattress salesman — total sleeziness… I bought a mattress from Sleepys a few years ago… The salesman talked me into getting a ‘plush top’ model… Not more than 6 months later, my back hurt and it sagged into oblivion… Their exchange policy is skeptical at best, as its voided by too many reasons… Upon my needing to replace this mattress, they also failed to match a price on the same one, going against the policy RIGHT ON THE WALL!..
Will NOT return…

Great place to get a mattress. I like the sleep tester to find the right one. No pressure all information so you can pick the right one! Good prices when they have sales. Bought mine on Presidents Day.

I would never buy a mattress from Sleepy’s store ever again. I purchased a mattress that was around 1500 including the boxspring and it didn’t last 5 years. They couldn’t replace it with the same mattress because it was not available anymore but had one similar. This would cost additional money because I needed the «matching» boxspring. Now one year later, the new mattress is shot! Go somewhere else that has a better return policy. Remember, there is no after-​market for USED mattresses so the mark up is HIGH!
