I brought in my cranky old Singer in a panic; I was doing a huge sewing project with a tight deadline, and it gave up on me in a serious way. Andrew was very sympathetic to the fact that I was in a spectacular hurry, and successfully serviced my machine within hours. Even better, he spent the time to tell me exactly what was wrong and how it might have happened, and counseled me on the particular quirks of my machine. I couldn’t have asked for better. Service was very reasonably priced.
Fabrics are mostly quilting and home décor (looks high quality, I didn’t browse too much), and they carry a selection of Pfaff machines. Shop is very tidy, well-​organized, and has plenty of natural light near the windows.
Do not use your GPS in getting here! The directions on their website are far more useful.
