Good sandwiches! Nice people too. Only drawback, prices are a little high. But so much better than subway. Guess you get what you pay for.

Great sandwiches but they get my order wrong EVERY time! Meatball is really good, also the chicken Parmesan.

Sandwiches are really good and really large(I got the Primo size). And they are open late on weekends.(’til 8 at least when I was there on a Saturday) I like their meats and the sweet pepper toppings.

Great subs, nice staff. They make them fresh when you order. The bread really makes the sandwich. Price is a bit higher than most sub/pizza shops but it’s well worth it.

The best. When I was in school in Philadelphia I had my first Primo’s hoagie. Been hooked ever since. Wasn’t sure how it would go over in NEPA, but the quality is great. No other hoagie in the area comes close to the quality of bread and ingredients you get with a Primo.

Great bread, quality meat. The entire staff was friendly. I walked out with a smile and an awesome bologna and cheese sandwich.

Excellent hoagies with higher quality freshly sliced meats. The rolls are tasty. Service is fantastic. They even have a cooler with salads to go. Priced a little high but I guess you get what you pay for

This is the second time I ordered from Primo, and they were 30MINLATE! The hoagies are great but that doesn’t make up for the HORRIBLE service. It took 10 minutes to place my order for 2 hoagies which is beyond outrageous. The person taking the order sounded like he couldn’t be bothered. The first time we ordered we were told it was a 20 $ minimum this time we were told 25 $. They can’t get their story right. Also the delivery woman sat in our lobby on the 1st floor when each time we were very clear that the order was for the 2nd floor. Very disappointed. I won’t be ordering again.

This place is delicious. It is easily the best hoagie place in the area of Kingston. It may be considered pricy compared to other sub shops in the local vicinity, but, that certainly does not mean that it is not worth the price. The meats are delicious and are not overly processed(we did not see fillers in the pork or turkey, common for other local shops) and the vegetables and toppings were fresh. The bread was a crusty bread and really made the sandwich stand out among competitors. I will gladly pay a little more to get that much better quality.

Very good sandwiches, high quality ingredients and the staff is fairly courteous. Only draw back is the are a little pricey. For the price of one«Primo» I can get a hoagie double the size at «Dagwwods Deil» and in my opinion just as good in most cases. But there is room in my life for two favorite hoagie shops.
