I’ve never been more scared. We were driving from Orlando and it was nearly 2:30am. The gentleman at the front desk didn’t immediately come to the window even after we rang the bell twice. We had to call the hotel to get him to arrive. This gave us time to look around and notice the spiderwebs and dead(and alive) insects in the lobby waiting area. Once the gentleman came up, he looked unhappy, as if we had woken him up. We got our keys, went to the room and were absolutely horrified to find an a person sleeping in the bed. This elder female was sleeping on TOP of the comforter. She was wearing multiple layers of clothing, shoes were tied on her feet, and she had a hat on her head. There was no luggage or any signs indicating that she was an actual guest. When we opened the door, she immediately sat up and looked very panicked. Her open mouth showed that she had little to no teeth and her face showed that she had lived a rather hard life. I’ve never been so shaken up. We called the police and left. For full disclosure, the very rude gentleman from the front desk(Mark) said that she was a guest with another gentleman and they were double booked in our room.(Yet there was no one else in the room) I have to disagree. She very much appeared to be transient and there was definitely no one else in that room. He wasn’t there to see what we saw and trust me, I’ll never forget the look of this lady. After sharing our experience with him, with an attitude he told us, «what do you want me to do about it? We are human, we make mistakes». I wanted an apology and for them to be sure that this doesn’t happen to future guests, but I know I’ll never go back to see if it does. I read their website and the owners seem so sweet. That’s one of the reasons why we chose this hotel over the more well known ones. The price point was also very low and the reviews were pretty decent, but we won’t be back and I’ll be warning everyone of this terrifying experience. Book at your own risk.

We were only staying for a night on our trip home from Florida to Virginia. All of the hotels in the area were booked full. Made a call to see if they still had rooms and the gentleman who answered was very polite and they had a couple rooms left. Never hearing of this hotel, we were a little hesitant but when we arrived at our room all we had to do was turn on the AC. Room was stocked with soap, shampoo/conditioner, and towels. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Shower pressure could have been a bit stronger, but it’s understandable it’s not as hard as I like at home. We only stayed for a night. But for the cost of $ 65 plus tax for a night, it was great.

It was like sleeping in a morgue. Looks like a hospital room in a third world country. A place where sick people go. The place feels unhealthy and has a really strange vibe. Attendants at desk were not prompt, waited around and shouted out for their attention. It was a really strange experience, like something only in a movie. You might as well sleep in your own car than experience this.

$ 42.50 plus tax for the night. Okay tv, blow dryer, fridge, microwave, hangers, etc. toilet didn’t flush correctly, coffee table with chairs, wifi was very slow. They will charge $ 10 extra per person if it’s more than specified. The next day, the grandma checked our room right when we checked out.

Really clean, really quiet. Pleasant staff. Cheapest price around. I have stayed on nervous occasions and the consistency is always there. Wonderful place to stay for a few nights to get some sleep and enjoy a good location.
