I was looking for a reasonable steakhouse that had TV’s so my son could watch a soccer game as we were driving from the Grand Canyon to Vegas and this place was perfect! Service was attentive and friendly and the food was delicious and our lunch bill for 3 people was $ 40 with tip!

I really wanted to like this place, since I travel through Kingman at least once or twice a month. But the service was terrible, the beer coming out of the tap was all foam and they had no clue how to fix it, and most importantly the ribeye wasn’t. Never had a ribeye that was paper thin. I think they have the same cut of meat, and just pawn it off for whatever you order. The only thing good was the baked sweet potato.

Have eaten here several times, am glad we found a great place to get steaks in Kingman. I highly recommend stopping here. Was impressed every time we stopped here.

The 9oz filet rare is like butter. Our server was amazing as was all the food. Artichoke dip is really good, get the filet!!!

Went there with family. Very nice, somewhat elegant environment. Classy. Good place for a first date, or a Night out with a loved one. The menu and food is great! The steak is incredible! I highly recomend!

A strange dichotomy: pretty good food, but embarrassing, pathetic service. The steak salad I had was fantastic, and my wife’s burger was very good. The hostess didn’t give us a kids menu. Apparently, they were going to print one for us. We did not ever get one. No crayons, nothing. Took 12 minutes for our servers to acknowledge us, despite having what appeared to be one other table. Mac and cheese came with no sides, for no apparent reason. Maybe it’s just that healthy on its own. A request for a side of vegetables was $ 4. So, my daughter ended up with a more expensive dinner than my wife. Then our ridiculous waiter gave us the wrong check, didn’t apologize, and didn’t take a single plate away. The food was very good though.

Came here for lunch from a stop over from Grand Canyon West. The restaurant is clean and up to date. We were here for lunch on a Thursday at 11:15AM. I ordered a Blue Cheesse burger which was really good. Wifey had a steak and sweet potatoe which was good as well. The staff was good and our waiter the guy with the silver scooter was very friendly, quick and attentive. I would recommend this place for tourist and bypassers alike to stop by and have lunch here.

December 2015, this is how long you will have to wait(could be longer) for a refund from King Steaks … I contacted the corporate manager Heather Heath, after going to Kingman chophouse in Kingman Arizona to celebrate both my daughter and my brother’s birthdays. My brother who generally eats meat for every meal, ordered a rib eye… If you aren’t familiar with meat cuts THEN I highly recommend Kingman chophouse for your next waste of your money dining out while in Kingman. What my brother received was NOT rib eye. We called the waitress she called the ‘manager’ stacy carillo, she didn’t look at the steak she simply looked at us and said it’s a rib eye and just continued to look at us. While she INSISTED it was a rib eye… and offered nothing to make our experience a GOOD one then just walked away. All the wait staff and cooks, were hanging out at the bar while were were there. I have actually gone back for a second dose of awful, and couldn’t finish my meal because the food was cold… again there was everyone(staff) at the bar… makes sense to me — they are supervised by a person who has more regard for her ringlets than her customers…

The service was good. Jessica and the Host were very friendly but we felt it was definitely over priced. I guess 8pm was to late to go out to dinner there because there was only 1 Prime Rib dinner left, they had run out of Tea bags for hot tea and didnt carry Modello beer anymore even though it was on there draft beer list. Salads were just leaf lettuce with a sprinkle of shredded cheese Steaks were cooked well but pork chop was very dry and hard to cut. 4 of us over $ 100 with no hard drinks we should have at least gotten cloth napkins?

Passing thru Kingsman from Flagstaff to San Diego. Unilocaled steakshop. Absolutely top notch. Western/country setting. Open. Clean. Steaks are outstanding. If you are on this route, a must stop!

Finally a nice bacon cheeseburger. Prime rib very good. I did hope for a hand formed burger, but the setup made up for just a frozen pattie. Great attentive waitress. They don’t have name badges? Jessica says she wishes they did, Bosses get with it. A personal touch like knowing our servers name makes us feel welcome. Don’t you want us to feel connected?

Ok first of all this place should have 5 stars from everyone. If you are looking for fancy, 3 courses, this is NOT your place. It’s a chop house. My steak(medium rare Delmonico) was amazing. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The wait staff was great, and I was here on New Year’s Eve. Don’t get me started on the Banana’s Foster… Best desert I’ve ever had. This place was fantastic and it’s not just the alcohol talking.

If you want a down-to-earth rustic steakhouse that truly represents Kingman Arizona on Route 66 then this place is perfect for you. If you’re looking for a hoity toity high end place, this isn’t it. I loved the experience and loved that it was so real. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Delmonico.

While traveling through Kingmans, I pulled up the Unilocal reviews on the Kingmans Chophouse. The Average was 3.5. Let me start by saying, I am a Foodie, a food snob so to speak. I believe that you get what you pay for. If you are wanting fine dining with a quiet atmosphere, then the Kingmans is not the place for you. If you are wanting a great steak, salad drinks and a comfortable atmosphere where you can dress casually, watch a football game be bring the family, then Kingmans is your place! 22 for a very good 7 oz filet is NOT overpriced people! Great Steak, Good Wine and fantastic Service!

I would give them a better rating because the food was pretty good, but the service was so poor I just can’t. We saw our waitress three times: when we ordered, when she brought the food, and when she brought the check. We asked for sides when she brought the food and they never came. The entire staff was standing around the bar laughing or in the kitchen through our meal because they were slow. We could have just walked out, there were only other waiting customers around(and they weren’t busy at all. There were four tables in the entire place). The calamari is pre-formed sticks battered and fried like cheese sticks– which was just strange. The steaks were cooked as we asked and the portions in the salads are very generous. The house cab was a little sharp for me, but fairly priced.

Been here twice and both times the food were on point. The first time I went there, I had the filet mignon. The meat was very tender and juicy. It has a lot of flavor and a natural sweetness to it that you don’t really need to eat it with a sauce. It came with a side of mashed potatoes and it was probably one of my favs I had so far. The second time around, I ordered the grilled chicken salad. The salad was very fresh and the chicken was well seasoned and definitely was not dry! I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the mood for some great steak!

The food was average and I am pretty sure it was margarine not butter. The soup was very good and the salad came covered in dressing. Plate with wet napkins for the ribs. But the table next to us got nothing. Our service was ok. For the price, we would expect better than a sizzler atmosphere. Concrete floors and TV blaring in the background. Not a game or anything important. Just loud. I would recommend passing on Chop House.

Was there this morning for breakfast. The service sucked. The server(Stacy C according to the receipt) had to come ask again what kind of toast we wanted and then never brought it. After 15 minutes and almost done with our food she finally can over to see if everything was OK and we had to ask for it again.

We arrived in Kingman and went to our favorite steakhouse. Gina was our waitress and the service was great. The steak dinner was great!!! Every time the steak is cooked to perfection. They have ice cold beer !! We wish we had a steakhouse like this in our area in California.

I was in town visiting family, and this place was recommended. Having previously been to the Hualapai Mountain Resort for dinner, we figured this place couldn’t be any worse. The food was average and the service was attentive, but it was overpriced. That’s really my only complaint. At their price point, they should deliver more and the food and experience should be memorable. My next time in Kingman, I’ll try a different restaurant.
