For a small over nighter RV park… this place was pretty nice. Everything is kept so clean and tidy. As soon as someone checks out and leaves… the maintenance is out raking the spot within minutes. The bathrooms and laundry facilities are super clean and the pool was warm, clean and very fun for my kids. The place is very quiet… and looks like it is composed of mainly residents. If you are looking for a convenient stop off the 40 for a night or two… then this is the place to choose.
