I am long-​term customer. Emailed them when discovered tons of mice droppings all over my unit and my belongings. I don’t store any food. Cliff Moir was supposed to contact me, but I haven’t heard a word. If you want your belongings ruined by mice droppings, rent a unit here.

This review is for their U-​Haul business. I chose this location because it was close to IKEA — I wanted to pick up some things before going to my place in Warminster to pack the rest. They were extremely pleasant and quick in providing the truck when I arrived. However, they did not have the utility dolly or 3 dozen blankets in the truck — when I pointed this out, they put the items in the back of the truck saying that the three wrapped packages of blankets were 3 dozen. However, on my arrival I found out there were only 6 blankets in a package. I was unable to get the remaining blankets (or a credit) from a closer U-​Haul location, and had to return (20 mi RT plus $ 4.30 in tolls) to get them. I was not even given an «I’m sorry» and they certainly did nothing to compensate me for my time and expense for their error. I was unhappy. If you rent a U-​Haul from them — make sure you check everything they do for accuracy. Also, I found out at the return location in another state that you can request extra miles when making a side trip — they did not offer this, even though I told them I was making a side trip to IKEA.
