The brunch was so good! But my brother ate most of the cheese… :(Would go back again!

Outstanding! From the food to the service, the whole experience was awesome! Haven’t been to a Melting Pot in decades. Not sure why it was so long. Took our 12 year old son. He had a blast. Kudos to our waitress, Kaylah! We eat out a ton and she was one of the best servers we have ever had! Will be back!

I was recently back here for my birthday this year because I wanted a treat and i hadn’t been there in almost a year. When I made the reservation, I told them it was my birthday and that I would prefer a booth. Sure enough, I got my booth with a birthday card from the restaurant waiting for me. Score! I personally only order the cheese and chocolate because when I order the 4-course dinner I end up wasting at least ½ of it. This time I got the cranberry pecan cheese with cider base(so sweet it’s like having dessert with dessert!) and it was awesome! Plus they gave us extra dippers(bread, veggies, apples) when we asked. Dessert was tricky. My grandmother wanted the flaming caramel while I wanted the S’mores. Our server was awesome and got her manager to approve both(normally it’s just one type because of the stove space). Sure enough, my grandmother preferred my choice to hers and all the dippers were gone shortly after we blew out the candle they brought out in one of the brownie bites. I’m never a huge fan of going out on my birthday because I usually have something go wrong but everything was great! Definitely a great way to treat yourself or celebrate a special occasion!

This place is fantastic! I came with a friend of mine who, per her religion can’t do anything with alcohol. Our server was happy to accommodate and substitute the wine base in our fondue with a vegetable base. She was very personable and I was very happy with how everything tasted. My friend and I asked for extra fruit and veggies, and she was happy to accommodate us. We shared 2 different kinds of fondue and a dessert. The banana’s foster dessert is impeccable! Definitely will be visiting again.

Always a great time at Melting Pot! The food and experience is super good! We always ask for Bobby Joe as our server(as we did yesterday). He’s an absolute delight. Knows his stuff, friendly, and fun! Always stuffed when we leave, and always have a smile on our faces :)

We really enjoyed our experience at Melting Pot. We(3 of us) chose the 4 course experience using the oil pot. We had the absolutely wonderful original cheese fondue, our server Melissa prepared it expertly at our table… so delicious! The we each got a difference type of main course so there was lots to choose from. I love the white shrimp and filet, the best, the other big favorite was the teriyaki steak. I love this way of dining because you have plenty of time to chat and cook. so fun. The icing on this cake is of course the chocolate fondue. We all went for the dark chocolate. The dippers are wonderful, lots of fruits, brownies, rice crispy treats, the list is endless. All and all a fun night with great friends, including our server who was outstanding.

The concept of cooking your own food at the table is a great idea. We dined here on Saturday night and was very pleased with the knowledge of our waitress. We got the 4 course meal loved the cheese part, the house salad(which has a delicious house dressing), and our main course. When it came time for dessert, which is what I was most looking forward to we were highly disapointed. We ordered the turtle dessert that was to be chocolate, Carmel, and pecans. It was brought to the table with the chocolate already in the pot. The chocolate was cold and tasted like generic Hersheys syrup that was super sweet and runny. The chocolate never hardened on our plates like real chocolate does. Because of our dislike the waitress replaced it with regular milk chocolate which came the same way and basically tasted the same however not quite as sweet. I guess I was expecting to have chocolate wafers that we melted at the table. The dessert was a major disappointment. tgg

Love it. Went for a GNO with one of my best friends. I had a Living Social deal. Jessyca was our server and she was wonderful. I had a sangria which was excellent. Then we did bacon & brie cheese, salad(I had cesar which was good) then we each picked 3 entrees. I had orange chicken, teriyaki beef and wild mushroom sacchettis. My friend had filet mignon, shrimp and chicken pot stickers. We chose coq auto vin for our cooking style. For dessert we did chocolate with dulche de Leche and sea salt. Again, great food, good price with the Living Social deal and excellent service. Will certainly return.

I came here for a special dinner with my boyfriend and had a fantastic time. I told them beforehand that it was special dinner and they gave us a card. The good service didn’t stop there – our waiter was phenomenal as well and was there every time we needed him. This restaurant is perfect for intimate dinners because the booths are all very private and the vibe is dark and quiet. We tried a cheese fondue(Alpine), a very lavish seafood platter for the entrée, and the turtle chocolate fondue(we added dark chocolate as the base – do it, you know you want to) for dessert. We really enjoyed dipping all of the fruits and crackers into the cheese – that was the only dish that we completely cleared that night, because it was that good. I really liked the taste of the seafood platter’s broth, and would have wolfed down more of the dessert fondue if my stomach wasn’t so full already. The only drawback to having the lights dimmed was making sure that the food was totally cooked. I tend to be really conscious of how well-done my meat is, but I just made sure to use my phone to time the meat instead.

My family was in town for my best friend from the military’s 40th birthday. We’ve been friends for over 22 years and even our wives have been friends for about 18 years, even our kids are close friends. We spend the day at Valley Forge and my 14 year old suggested Melting Pot for dinner. We arrived 2 hours before the store opened but seeing there was a private party inside, they allowed our party of 7 to come in and sit right away. Talk about amazing service on a special day. Not only did we celebrate his 40th birthday in style, the staff made us feel like VIP’s without even knowing it was a special day. While my wife and two daughters have been to the melting pot in Annapolis Maryland a bunch of times, this was our friends first time and the manager was nice enough to go over every aspect of the menu in detail which was awesome. The servers were great and cheerful. While I’ve always had good service at a melting pot, this was an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. It made the whole weekend extra special. I can never thank our server Michael enough for the fun we had while enjoying this amazing meal.

Consistently excellent! I’ve been here a few times and every time I’m happy I spent the money to eat here. They’ve expanded their menu options, there was a seafood fondue option on the menu which looked really good. Ate at the bar on a busy Saturday night. Food was really fresh and the the bartender was great. My only complaint is that I took the fondue to go and it seemed like there was less than if I would have ordered at the restaurant. Also, the décor was a little outdated. I’ll definitely be back this is one of my favorite chain restaurants.

Love it! My favorite would have to be the cheese appetizer and dessert. The whole cooking your own meal thing wasn’t really for us, but we did enjoy the experience!

Hands down one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. I know some of you will say«yea but it’s just the Melting Pot.» I understand that it is a chain establishment, but I personally am all about the overall dining experience. We originally booked our reservation(highly recommended given that the large restaurant fills up VERY quickly) for KOP Restaurant Week. Upon arriving and viewing the menu, we decided to order off of the regular menu, simply by choice. We started off with the Quattro Formaggio cheese fondue for our appetizer with the fruits and veggies provided. Outstanding choice. Dinner consisted of The Classic(beef sirloin, BBQ poor medallion, chicken breast) with extra chicken as a substitute for the shrimp, and the Land and Sea(filet mignon, chicken, and shrimp) with a side of ahi tuna. We had these with the coq au vin cooking sauce. Both were phenomenal. Service was outstanding. Food was incredible. Experience was unique. Get there sometime soon!

Here for the first time with my wife and WOW, the service to start with is amazing!!! I feel like a five star guest here, the hostess explained everything clearly and was very pleasant, we then met our server who is very attentive and extremely polite and a pleasure to deal with. Her name was Sara and if you go here I would recommend you sit in her section, we will definitely be back, thank u melting pot for a great anniversary dinner!

I came here with a friend just to get the chocolate dessert fondue. We saw on the website that they had gluten free options and decided to give it a try. We informed the waiter that my friend has celiac disease, an allergy to gluten. He said no problem, he could make everything gluten free. They even had gluten free cake/brownies to dip, which we were very excited about! Well, my friend ended up getting very sick by the time that we got home. There was definitely gluten in something that we ate. It wasn’t just cross contamination either. So, if you have any type of food allergy, I’d be wary of eating here because either they don’t take it seriously, or they don’t know what they’re doing.

I went because I was curious and quickly discovered I’m not a big fan of The Melting Pot concept. The Cheese fondue is a decent idea for drinks and a place to sit with friends but for an entire meal its a terrible idea. Overpriced pretentious and not very interesting. Now I know and I will never have to go again. Now this is not a knock on the location it is my opinion of the chain and type of joint.

Nice place for special occasions. every course was delicious. The waitress Maria was fantastic. She explained everything because it was our first time. She was very attentive. I had no idea I would be cooking my own food, but it was cool I enjoyed the whole fondue experience. The spinach artichoke cheese fondue an the banana fosters dessert fondue was absolutely amazing!

This was my first time here, nice atmosphere for a group, who want an interactive participation in the meal. We were group of 8, we ordered the 4 course meal. The first course was 3 cheeses, fondue style, I do recommend, tasty. The cheddar delicious. . 2nd course was a salad choice, my order was caprese, fresh tomatoes, basil… excellent choice. 3rd and main course was the vegetarian sampler, enjoyed the dipping veg in the different sauces, .the steak my friend ordered was good. My favorite desert all sorts of fruit dipping into different chocolates. .fun tasty. …enjoyable, but overall am not a fan of cooking my own food but as a group for3 hr, dinner. This is your choice.
