We really enjoy the café at Nordstrom. It’s so convenient to refuel right in the store after shopping. The prices are pretty good for the quality of food you receive. My only gripe is having to preorder. With such a large menu it doesn’t give you a ton of time to decide what you’d like. There’s always ample seating when we go and the hosts/hostesses are always friendly. The chicken and strawberry salad is one of our faves but I haven’t gone wrong with any selections so far.

CAFEHAS A MICEINFESTATIONPROBLEM!!! Last night my husband and I went to the café for dinner. We ordered and sat in a booth to wait for our meals. Server was very nice. Took our drink order and then delivered our dinner. One bite in I saw a MOUSE in the dining room about 10 feet from us. I quickly got up and out of the café. My husband stayed behind to tell the server what was happening. The chef came out and they both said they were sorry. My husband came out of the café and he too saw the mouse. I went downstairs and asked for a store manager. She was very nice. Explained to her that there was a mouse in the dining room and how I was grossed out and creeped out. She said that they are aware of the problem and were trying to figure out what to do. What??? Closed down the Café and get rid of the rodents… I know there were many more of them, so gross. I have eaten here many times, but NEVER again.

Always a great experience before or after a long day of shopping! A hidden secret on the top floor in Nordstroms

I feel like Nordstrom Café is confused about what it wants to be. A order and pick-up place? Or a sit-down and order place? The setup is that you order up front and then a server brings you everything, kinda a hybrid place. I’ve seen that at other places, but am always confused. Pick one thing to be! It’s nice to have a café here though! Everyone has their route in King of Prussia Mall and mine always starts at Nordstrom — lovee that I can grab a glass of merlot before shopping the day away hehe. Atmosphere is really fun. It’s bustling with mall-goers in pretty clothes(gotta dress up for KOP) and is nicely decorated. Often they have a table at the line in the front for tastings — wine or some sort of food. Makes the wait fun! You order up front, which doesn’t give you a ton of time to browse the menu, but the menu is pretty average so there’s not much to mull over! Typical sandwiches, salads, pizzas, pastas you see at any other café. Prices are a little high for the platters and a little high in general considering the quality of food. I guess you pay for convenience. They usually have a wine on special. We ordered a couple glasses of wine, the tomato, basil, mozzarella sandwich for $ 8.95 and a margherita pizza for $ 9.75. The food was okay. Overall, I like this place enough to visit again.

This is a great place to grab lunch at KOP. Much better than any other food court option nestled deeper in the mall. Price points are relatively cheap for the quality of food you are getting. The salads here have always been fabulous– this holds true as of Sunday. I ordered the Pear and Blue Cheese salad and it was phenomenal. Candied nuts, pears, blue cheese on top of mixed greens served with a side of dark cherry balsamic– the perfect winter salad combination! This café is definitely a must-do when having lunch at the mall!

Food was fresh and very tasty, server Brad was attentive and good to our 2 year old son, and the place was clean. Only complaint was that the crabcakes weren’t very crabby, lot of bread filler. Tomato Ricotta Jar appetizer takes the cake.

This location use to be my favorite! Every time I’ve eaten there lately, I’ve gotten sick or the food was subpar. The staff use to be more efficient too. I don’t know what happened. Whenever I’m craving some Nordstrom Café, I just wait until I’m in the Maryland or Virginia area.

I use to have lunch at Nordstrom Café waaaay too often when I worked in the KOP area. Now, my opportunities to dine are more limited to my shopping trips. Last night, the husband and I ran out for some shopping and the hunger bug bit us somewhere in between Janie&Jack and Crewcuts — so we popped into the Café for a bite. I was hoping that they had the«She Crab Soup» as the soup of the day, but no such luck. So, I opted for my usual — the lime cilantro chicken salad and a lemonade. My husband went with the Chicken Pasta Rossa and a Dogfish IPA beer … we both enjoyed our meals. I must say, I was disappointed that they didn’t have the usual«warm rolls» that I look forward to and love so much. Instead, I received a hard piece of bread sliced in ½. I couldn’t resist asking if they changed the recipe, b/c I was soooo looking forward to the warm rolls(blame the baby inside of me). The hostess said they ran out of the rolls for the evening — Oh well, I guess that was the good Lord keeping me away from the additional carbs.

My coworkers are always coming here for lunch… and now I know why. I came here with a friend after work for dinner and a drink. I ordered the Apple Cider Sangria and half a serving of Cilantro Lime Chicken Salad and some pasta with artichoke, chicken, tomato, etc. For the servings to be half sized, I was still given a good proportion. My drink was dangerously good; I could not taste the alcohol. My pasta was tasty; nothing outstanding but still appetizing.(I saved the best for last.) I have found my new favorite salad! The CLCS is unbelievable. I wanted to save some for leftovers, but I could not resist. Oops, sorry tomorrow’s lunch. The service was very friendly. Our server(Omer, I think) was attentive and fast. I was not expecting table service from here, so that was a nice feature. The cashier even wished us a good night. I am looking forward to my next meal from here!

Who could find anything to fault with Nordstroms Café. In keeping with Nordstrom’s excellent customer service the café does not disappoint the service is excellent you order at the cash register and then someone seats you and brings your food over and even refills your ice tea or drink while you dine. Both my daughter and I both ordered salads and they were excellent just perfect after a day of shopping they then bring you your receipt along with chocolate so what could be better? Will definitely do this every time I shop at Nordstroms, which is my favorite place to shop

I’ve been to a lot of NC’s, but I have to say this is the worst one to-date. The cashier was the rudest person I’ve ever have serve me «convenience» food. I ordered a salad, and he literally threw the dressing at me. The prices were also ridiculous. I won’t be back to any other NC’s thanks to that rude chap.

I’m a bit puzzled by the poor reviews of this place. Had lunch here today with my wife and daughter and I enjoyed it. This is a nice spot on the 3rd floor of the Nordstrom department store. You place your order at the counter and then a server brings it out to you. The décor is really nice and it is bright and well-spaced. The place seems to attract either business-people or shoppers and it was quite crowded at lunch time. I had a ‘Spicy Chicken Torte’ sandwich and my wife had a Nicoise salad. Both were good, though my sandwich was a little salty. We split a piece of chocolate cake for dessert, which was a nice indulgence and was delicious. All the food was good; i’d rate it 3.5−4. Service was very good, 4 – 4.5. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but what would you expect at Nordstrom? A nice splurge lunch spot where you can get in and out quickly if need be.

Can be hit or miss here at the Café but all in all it’s a pretty good spot. I love their salads and sandwiches and usually stick to ordering what I know and like. Their tomato soup and crab soup is pretty tasty. Service is always spot on too.

Friends took me to the Nordstrom Café one day for lunch. It’s a pleasant, casual spot, right inside the Nordstrom department store at King of Prussia. Service was fine! They have a basic menu that’s easy to order from. Many items are relatively pricey. Went for their lunch special, where you can choose half a salad and soup. The salad’s chicken was a bit dry, and my soup was pretty salty, even beyond the saltiness of a pack o’ ramen. Between the prices, and the surprising awfulness of my meal(I must have gone on an off-day, since my friends swear by this place), I’m not in a hurry to return. However, try them yourself, and bring friends — there’s enough seating for a platoon!
