King Limousine is incredible! They are extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with. I had spoke to Jon Davis about booking a last minute limousine for my Mother’s upcoming birthday and he was more than accommodating. When the limo arrived, it was in pristine condition and the driver was very pleasant and polished. I highly recommended King Limo to anyone looking to book a limo as they are the most communicative and quickest limousine company that I have ever dealt with in the area. Thank you for making my Mother feel like a queen :-)

A group of us rented the Mercedes Benz Luxury Sprinter to take us to a fundraiser. It was the perfect combination of fun and the same luxurious setting one would expect from a limousine. Seating space easily sat 8 adults and we had some room for more. Would definitely rent this vehicle again. On top of that, the employees were very responsive and accommodating!

The driver rocked it! He was phenomenal. He drove for us all last night until 1:00 AM. Drove us all around the city. Guy was great. Even had the courtesy to come back to the house at 1:00 in the morning to return our food that we left on the vehicle. The guy was great. We called the office to make sure someone knew the phenomenal job he did. That is why we always use King for our transportation. Fantastic job guys!

We used this company as an affiliate to take care of our customer. They did a great job. Staff is professional and friendly. Cars and drivers prompt and reliable. Kate was very helpful.

I took responsibility to rent a limousine for a group of nine friends. We were attending a mutual friend’s wedding in Rehoboth, MD. The woman who helped place the order was very helpful. Even when our plans changed slightly, she couldn’t have been more accommodating. For the best rate possible, she suggested a single limo to be taken down, then to have another limo return for the ride back. She pointed out we would not be able to keep anything in the limo during the wedding, since there would be a different vehicle and driver on the ride home, but the cost would be significantly reduced from having a limo wait for us the entire time we were at the wedding and reception. I also want to point out that the driver who took us to the wedding was friendly and safe, which is always appreciated.
The reason for the one-​star review is due to two things that occurred after getting picked up for the ride home: The driver on the ride home was drunk and had a «friend» with him in the front seat, and not enough was done by the company to make up for the life-​threatening situation their company put me, my wife, and seven of our friends in that evening.
Shortly after pulling away from the reception, the limo stopped short and threw everyone from their seats. Once on the highway, it was clear we were speeding and swerving, hitting the rumble strips on the side of the highway every few moments. When we rolled the divider down, we asked the driver to pull over. He told us that we were safe and would be «back in Philly in no time.» We tried to tell him we needed to use the bathroom as an excuse to get him to stop the car, but he ignored us. When several passengers became upset and asked to stop again, he again brushed it off and rolled the divider up on us. We requested he roll it down and told him we would call his company, which we did. They were unsuccessful in getting the driver to pull over, at which point we notified the police. We felt as if we were being held hostage and had no control over stopping the vehicle that continued to go faster and swerve more. Once five police cars surrounded us, the driver had no choice. He was found with open bottles of alcohol in the front seat and he was under the influence. We then had to wait at a rest stop for hours until transportation could be arranged, causing all of us to get home well into the morning hours.
The company told us he would be terminated, and did not charge us for the limo ride in either direction. (They pointed out that even the ride down would not be charged for, even though there was no incident with that ride, as if endangering our lives on the way home warranted only a partial refund!) They also offered us another free ride, which no one was too keen on taking.
The driver was prosecuted. He lost his commercial driver’s license for two years, and was fined $ 500 for the DUI and $ 100 for reckless endangerment.
I am not sure what more I could have expected from the company, nor do I feel good to blame the company for the mistake of one person, but I cannot give a more favorable review to a company that hires a person who has a drinking problem and asks him to be responsible for driving others, and then didn’t do more to make things right with the passengers.

Used King Transportation for a trip to NYC with friends. We rented the 29 passenger bus. It was a very nice clean vehicle. The drivers were kind & on time. We used them for a drop-​off & then a pick-​up. No complaints. The trip went off without any issues. I would definitely use their service again.

I recently used King Limo for a bachelorette party pickup and ride to/​from VF Casino. The booking went very smoothly and they went out of their way to accommodate my specific needs for the trip. The limo itself was beautiful and clean and my party of 9 ladies were all very impressed. Ron the driver was very professional and nice. Would highly recommend!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about King Limo. From requesting a quote to the final trip, King Limo was always friendly, professional, and courteous!
I searched high and low for a limo rental company who would allow to me to reserve two, separate one-​way transfers for a concert one weekend. We had a large group of friends coming in from out of town and reserved the 21-​Passenger Mini Bus for a concert at the Tower Theatre. Meg was the account specialist who provided my trip quote and who I booked my reservation through. She was so friendly and explained the details of the trip and charges thoroughly.
Our driver, Chris, was also very courteous and professional. He arrived early, allowed us to bring our road-​sodas along, and even searched for a radio station that would set the mood for the evening. He even provided me with his direct phone number and let me know he would be remaining in the area just in case the concert let out earlier than anticipated; all I had to do was call.
The concert let out right on time and he was there waiting for our return trip. We loaded up and headed home!
I would recommend using King in a heartbeat to anyone and they will certainly be my first choice in the future.

I was very happy with the service this past weekend when I booked a ride from the Jersey shore to Valley Forge. The entire reservation process was very professional and accommodating, the driver was great and showed up well in advance of the reservation time, the Town Car was immaculate and very comfortable, and it was all in all a very nice experience. I could get used to this. :-) I recommend this company very highly and am looking forward to hiring them again when the need arises.

Second time using King and I have been greatly pleased by both experiences. Professionalism all the way from the reservation process (ask to talk to Greg, he’s great.); the pickup (driver showed up 15 minutes early); the drive and the drop off. We have been Tropiano customers in the past, but after a horrible experience with them last summer, we switched to King and haven’t been happier. If you are in need of an airport transfer, go King!
