Sadly, this landmark is now gone. Probably killed off by Shake Shack(shakes his head sadly).

A little pricey for what you get. Fries were good, chicken was NOT. Had some of a friend’s malt which was fantastic. I heard their burgers might be good? I can’t imagine going back though.

If you actually get your food, it’s good. However, the customer service is awful. I waited over 10 minutes to get a milkshake when the entire place was empty. There were at least 7 employees present. «Working» would be a stretch. No one had any sense of urgency or desire to please the customer. A few weeks ago I called to place an order for take out. The lady on the phone told me her computer was being«retarded.» Um, you can’t use that word. Ever. If you are not in a rush and need ok food at decent prices, this place is fine. If you expect any kind of appreciation for your business, go somewhere else.

The burgers are good and the price is reasonable.

Terrible. It took forever for my milkshake to arrive after the server said, «I’ll be right back with your milk shake.» Turns out he forgot because he was talking on his cell phone. When I talked to the manager, his reply was, «I’m only the weekend manager, it’s not my fault.» By the way, it was a Sunday I was there. Furthermore, the gentleman sitting next to me had a chicken sandwich that was so undercooked I am surprised it wasn’t still clucking. Oh and one more thing, the entire restaurant was filthy. I told the«weekend manager» that I would not be returning to the restaurant and he did not seem to care one bit. I will be writing to the CEO, Tom Romano. Do not go here!

I used to frequent Gino’s as a kid and came today out of pure nostalgia. I ordered a chicken platter and they were out of slaw. Also ordered a milkshake but the machine was down. My chicken came out quickly and it was cold. So we’re the French fries. Strike 3 for me was the filthy bathroom. My advise is stick with fond memories because Gino’s isn’t the place to go.

The last time I went to Gino’s was when it first opened in King of Prussia, and it was a little disappointing. So let’s fast forward a few years, it’s the holiday season, I want to avoid the food court at all costs and I am in the need for a quick meal. So i think let’s give Gino’s another shot! Well I was not disappointed this go around. You place your order and they give you a number to put at your table and a server will come find you when your food is ready. I ordered a Double burger with grilled onions. It was delicious, not a bit of grease, the french fries were good as well. My brother had one of their specialty burgers with onion rings. I had a few of his onion rings and they were glorious. I will order them the next go around. Gino’s also serves milkshakes an item 5 guys is lacking!

I decided to give this place another try since I was hungry, had a groupon, and didn’t want to cook. The double bacon cheeseburger was just okay. It was a bit dry and on the small side but did come with plenty of perfectly cooked bacon strips and secret sauce, which is a creamier, less tangy version of the big mac sauce. The burger itself was well-done but I think that I’ve pretty much given up on getting a fast food burger cooked medium so that wasn’t a big deal. The burger, without the group on, would have been $ 6.25, which is kinda pricey for such a small sandwich. Still, it’s better than BK or McDonald’s, and the patty is freshly cooked. They don’t have a drive thru, but that may be a good thing because it actually forced me to park the car and, dare I say it… walk. The servers were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here, and definitely prefer Shake Shack and even Five Guys, but it’s not a bad option for a quick meal, and even a shake, if you are in KoP.

I was impressed with my slightly old school fast food experience here. Came here after work during a weekday with a groupon deal. We had $ 30 bucks to spend for two people please dont judge us lol. The dinning room was def a cut above your typical fast food place very clean and a nice outdoor seating area. The person who took our order was very nice and had a slight problem with our groupon voucher but handled it well and was very friendly. He even came to our table while eating to check on us. We got a bang bang cheeseburger and fired up chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. We were given a number and waited at our table, for a few mins. We got to check out the little spice rack at each table which was a nice touch. When the food came out I must admit the portion did look a little lite. Didn’t seem like that many fries. The burger and sandwich looked a little small but they stuffed a lot of stuff on those little buns, nice thick fresh chicken in the sandwich and a double patty for the burger. The Chicken tenders were really good they also didn’t look that big but that is because they are all chicken not heavily battered. The chicken again tasted really fresh and felt more home made than fast food. It was expensive for fast food with two large Soda’s the order was $ 28 but the quality of the food is better. Will def be coming back and after one visit we prefer Gino’s over Five Guys.

I hate their buns! They fall apart so so so easily. The meat was very dry and the fries weren’t memorable. I was very disappointed.

Well according to my dining companion, the fries stink. I on the other hand had the wild fries and wow were they delish! I loved the sweet and spicy Tabasco on them!!! The burgers were very yummy but not quite as good as Five Guys because they weren’t as filling. I loved the variety of hot sauce and seasonings! The place itself was cute and I was happy to be able to sit outdoors.

It started out pretty good. The chicken tenders were like the size of my fist. The burgers were big, juicy, to order and just overall a great consistent burger. Though pricey, you got what you paid for. That is, lately I’ve been going back with friends when they crave it, we’re left thinking, what happend to the size of the chicken tenders and the burgers have been getting kinda sloppy and fries kind of minimal. For spending $ 10 on a combo meal, burger, friends and drink, I expect the burger to be neat and not looked like it was sitting waiting on my fries, and more than a pinch of fries. I also miss the size of the chicken tenders and cut out the oversalting too on the tenders. Dinner isn’t that crazy and I want them to take their time so that I get Quality that I got when they first opened up

I’d put this place on par with 5guys in quality and price with regards to their burgers. You don’t get the mountain of fries that 5guys provides, but thats an overkill anyway.
They get my business as they’re easier to get in/out than running into the mall, I can get a salad w/chicken strips if I desire and the seasoning shakers for fries. You can also phone your order ahead for pick up, tho I never seem to remember that until I get there. Gino’s keeps its spot in the lunch rotation

Tasty juicy burgers– made fresh to order. Bonus: spice rack to add to your fries — Cajun, crab and ranch. Friendly service. Great deal for your money

The food is tasty(5 stars), the dining room is typical for fast food, but does offer a little more privacy(high-backed booths) than most(4 stars), and the service is pretty good(4 stars). I find the prices a bit high. The signature dish here, hamburgers, are quite tasty. My suggestion is to skip the Gino’s Giant and order a double burger and choose your own toppings. The fries are very good here, too, but I suggest avoiding the milkshakes, which taste rather artificial.

I do have good memories growing up of Gino’s as a kid. This restaurant is a bit of a different experience though. I do enjoy the food. The burgers to me are very good. I love the fries, and I especially love the chicken. I agree that the price point of everything is a bit out of whack. That’s keeping it from 5 stars. It’s also keeping me from going back more often. Back in the day, Gino’s was a more reasonably priced fast food restaurant. This place is trying to be a little more upscale than that. But I give a lot of credit to Gino for bringing it back.

Where should I start… I never thought when I drove into this place that I would have rather spent my money at Burger King… The best thing about the food here is the fries. They were actually much better than the ones I get at the shore. The burger… I can’t say that there was much right about it besides the condiments… Really. The burger was dry as hell and could use some seasoning before cooking it. And that surprised the hell out of me, considering that I was watching a couple guys weighing out the fresh meat. Everything is cooked when ordered. The restaurant is nice and clean. Pleasant atmosphere. The fact that I ate at Five Guys yesterday didn’t help my mood. If you’re in the area and want something to eat. Make this the last place on your list. I know I wish I did.

Welcome Back Gino’s! Had my first Gino’s burger in over 20 years… very tasty, but to be perfectly honest I can’t exactly remember what they tasted like back in the day… Had the Bacon Cheeseburger, fries, and a strawberry chocolate shake for about 13 bucks… the price is whats keeping them from 5 stars, just a bit high for fast food. The fries are fresh cut, so they are thicker fries… i like mine thinner and crispier, but they are OK. The shake is a shake very similar to McDonald’s or Burger King, I don’t know there is any real ice cream or milk in it, but it’s cold and creamy and is only 3 bucks… The burger was good for sure, I will be having another. But its not something like Cheeburger Cheeburger or Charlie’s Burgers in Ridley that I would drive 30 minutes for without thinking twice. Still, its nice to have another option available and I do suggest you check it out. Obviously, this is a brand spanking new franchise… the staff has very little experience and there are bound to be issues while they are getting their feet wet in the burger business. Someone complained about the soda machines being out of order or the inexperience of the staff. Unfortunately, experience isn’t something you can get training for, so this is bound to happen, particularly in the first week of opening… If you can’t deal with the learning curve I’d give them a couple weeks to get their act together,(goes for any restaurant) but i had no issues whatsoever going during a busy lunch hour and was very pleased with the food and the service. Only the high prices kept them from 5 stars… So be patient, eventually someone will learn how to refill the soda machine promptly and will do it with a smile on their face. Gino’s parking lot is a bit odd, the entrance and exit are both in the same location… makes more sense to have separate entrances and exits, but i guess they didn’t have the option… kids have to be careful going in and out of the building as there isn’t much of sidewalk… also note: no drive thru…
