I was here today to buy shoes for my younger brothers and dad, and we ended up spending about an hour in the story asking the poor guy (whose name we never got) to run into the back for pair after pair of shoes. His shift actually ended three-​quarters of the way through our visit, so we got bounced around between a couple of the other salespeople, and we ended up making only one purchase. I will say that the sizing was very confusing; it seemed that their sizes ran larger than other shoe stores, but was also pretty inconsistent between different shoe styles within the store.
Soon after we left, however, we picked up a coupon book at guest services and realized that there was a 20% off $ 100 coupon, so we ended up running back to the store, where they were quickly able to refund us a little over $ 20, which was a win in my book!

This was my 2^nd trip to a Clarks store this week. I visited their store in Montgomeryville, but the salesman was just swamped and resources were low. I decided it wasn’t his fault he had too many customers.
Took a drive to the store in KOP, and they were great. The saleman, Ron, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I wound up buying two pairs, and because they didn’t have my size in stock, he’s having one of the pairs shipped for free to my home.
That is customer service, and that is how you gain loyalty. Thank You Clarks, and thank YOU, Ron!
