AVOID this place at ALL costs!!! Put your hard earned money into a real financial institution!!! If you do not have direct deposit (which my employer does not offer) You are FORCED to use the ATM, at which time they place a hold on your money (its been 2 weeks now). There are NO tellers at the bank locations, only atm machines and if you want to talk with someone, they put you in a glass room with a monitor, at which time they interrogate you about transactions that you want to make. Phone agents are NO help at all !!! They will tell you every excuse why they cannot help you!
After getting NO results in getting the hold issue resolved, I asked to speak with a «Senior executive resolution specialist». She was polite, but no more help then the previous agents. She told me that I could make my deposits at the UPS store and the holds would not be as long. Really?what? I need to use a third party to bank with them!!!
Military, look at Navy Fed!!! I cannot cut ties with these clowns fast enough!!!

The woman who helped me was very insightful and was very detailed about the deals USAA had to offer. Convenient location as well since it’s right off the freeway

A great place to bank. It’s a second tier building now when it’s compared to the better one. Still gets the job done.
