I love this place the staff is very friendly and nice also very helpful. I don’t understand some of these reviews on here I have met everyone that works there and they have always been very welcoming to me know me by first name and all. This salon is very clean which is hard to find now days anywhere tanning. I think some of these people writing bad reviews maybe need to take a look at themselves how they approach people an talk to people because I have never experienced that at sun catchers not one time I go everyday there. Great place to tan.

I moved to this area from San Francisco and have very high expectations regarding salons and spas. I think Suncatchers is fabulous! I am SOO glad they have the matrix or level III high pressure bed. The staff is sweet as can be. I feel like I take an hour to pick out my lotion packet each time I come in, I will look at all of them and ask questions and put some back and then usually pick the first one I started with. Whatever. They have a really good collection of lotion from good brands like DesignerSkin(my FAVE) OH!!! They have a versa spa spray tan! So my final conclusion is that this place has my favorite tanning beds, spray tan brand, and lotion. Their hours are great, and their prices are fair. In fact, I am going to go there right now. I have tanned off and on at this salon since october 2014 and currently have a package there. I had canceled my auto draft package and since then came back only because of the quality of the beds. I have been several places that have older bulbs but wonderful staff. Suncatchers has a fantastic salon but the worst staff I have ever came across at a tanning salon. The girl who signed me up for my package acted as if I was bothering here. When I inquired about lotions, she stated«which one do you want» and was hateful and absolutely zero help. She works often and every time i see her, she never smiles, is usually on the phone, and never greets her customers. Im only thankful that Im a experienced tanner because I would hate for a new tanner to be treated this way. I recently went to a different salon just to buy a lotion because I feel as if the staff at sun catchers do not care how their employees threat their customers. This salon offers so many things and could truly be the top salon in the area if they fired their employees and hired new people who actually care about their job. I will probably stay at this salon until I move out of the area solely for convenience, but I wont miss anything about this salon. The staff are rude and«snotty» as another reviewer stated, and they are absolutely right.

I am writing to Sun Catchers in regards to your salon in Killeen. I just moved to the area and had someone refer me to the salon. Upon referral she told me the beds were amazing, but the staff was very snotty. I thought okay maybe she has just had a bad experience. I visited the salon a month ago in which I purchased a month in the 2 lower level beds. I must agree, the beds are wonderful AND the staff is terrible. I have come in contact with at least four different girls at the salon and they have all been very unwelcoming. They gave me absolutely no information about the different levels of beds except this one bronzes and this one builds your tan. It would have been awesome if maybe they could have given me a tour of the salon and showed me the different level beds? I also went 3 different times to the stand up and couldn’t figure out how to turn the fans on. When I asked the employee how to turn it on, she responded«they didn’t show you how when you bought the package?» And she was the one that sold me the package. I went to tan today thinking my one month was good for today and it expired yesterday. So I thought since I was already there I would just buy a single visit. I asked the girl to upgrade to a stronger bronzing bed and she set my time for the full amount. Without looking to see what I had been previously doing in the other beds or even ask me how long I wanted to go for. I’m not stupid when it comes to getting out when your skin feels like it’s burning so clearly I didn’t go the entire time. But I think that the employees of this salon really need training. Assuming clients want to go the entire time is only setting people up to get burnt. I have gone multiple times they have set it for the full time and I tell them no. Like I previously mentioned, the beds are wonderful but since the employees of this salon have been very unwelcoming and uneducated about tanning I will not be continuing my business with you all nor will be referring anyone to this salon.

I have a level 4 unlimited package and I lie it I come here all the time and the workers are so friendly there is never a wait and the place is very clean. The bulbs are replaced often I’ve also tried total tan and even on their highest level bed I didn’t tan much.

I have a package now but I will not be renewing it here. My husband has been going here a few months cause they offer military discounts same package every time then all of a sudden they charge full price I call to ask them about it and she’s rude says it’s pretty much his fault And what do we want a few dollars back? That’s not the point if it was one dollar. Please your customers and do your job! It’s your fault how hard is it to renew the same package this town is a military base. Common sense he’s is in the military we come in every single day.
