Been to this Sprint 2 days in a row and had the worst customer service experience. First day I they had the music so loud no one could hear each other talk. The second time I showed up 30 minutes before close and instead of people helping me they were closing up shop.

Walked into sprint having issues with my phone. that i have had a a week now… as soon as i walked in. the staff was happy kind sooo curtious and helpful… my customer service rep(patrick) was so informative and helpful… he fixed my phone. Definitely gonna recommend patrick to others. he is very knowledgeable and happy to help. thank you patrick, sprint!!!

The customer service rep that I talked to lied to me about promotions being offered and was entirely unhelpful. Go to best buy across the street they have better deals, honest employees and you can compare competitors offers in an unbiased environment.

really being tested as of lately with their terrible service, terrible coverage, and just outright terrible experiences. you would think as a former employee i would be disgruntled. but no. i was very happy working there. as a consumer, i am on the other side of the coin now and wow. i am blown away at how incompetent the staff is here. they answer the phone like you are some piece of trash off the street begging for your money. i just wanted some fine print details and have yet to find a simple resolution except cancelling and leaving this terrible company. i am seriously considering other options right now bc i hate their lack of customer service so much.

I love sprint. Great plan prices, great service, everything works wonderfully. But this location is awful. Horrible customer service and very rude! I believe the guys name was bobby, can’t be sure. Yet again, another business ruined by poor customer service. My advice, don’t go here. Take your money somewhere else.

Having a problem. With my iPhone 5. Can’t activate the cell data. Been getting the run around on fixing it. Even though you have unlimited data. I can’t use it so what to do. And it’s still 3G data. That’s sad. I’m going to AT&T.
