Several years ago chillis kilgore was v poor. Bad mAnagement. Since 2011 it cont to improve. The fiod is excellent. Staff work v hard to please. The place is packed at lunch and dinner.

It is nice to have a quality chain restaurant in our small town. Whether dining in with friends or picking up on my way home, the food and service is great. I often see former students on the staff. Good variety of food and drinks. Parking is the biggest challenge. Stop by and check it out.

A full restaurant but a short wait. The atmosphere was great, service fast and consistent, and the food was good as always. We ordered from an expanded and detailed gluten free menu via the table kiosk. If you have a food allergy, use this kiosk.
Chili’s is a great asset for the city of Kilgore!

Five cus, Dustin and Kathy! This water and manager are the best since forever. The food is Chili’s + meaning real good Chili’s. This place gets slammed so the wait can be a bit crap. The quality fluctuates with the cook on duty. They may be slow but they are attentive and when there is a good cook they kick ass and bubble gum it all the way home. Best Restaurant in Kilgore. Period.
