I only come here because it’s close to my house but I would rather drive out to Schaumburg or Randhurst since this store in Kildeer has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Every single time I’m in here the associates are everything but friendly. I work in retail and deal with customers myself and they do not know how to deal with customers at all! Horrible service.

I’ve always been impressed with the jewelry in the store, and have had nothing but good interactions with the people working here. I also love the way this store is organized. I always bring friends to this store when they visit and are looking to go shopping.
