Tucked away from the hustle and hype of the high end resorts of Wailiea, is Robbie’s Salon and Day Spa ~ a sweet little oasis where you can relax in an unhurried space and let your tensions and stresses melt away. Sip a lovely cup of tea as you listen to the birds chirp and call one another. Breathe in the fragrant, soft air that surrounds you in this lovely, private garden. There is nothing else like it on earth! You will come away feeling refreshed and pampered. The only thing that Robbie DOESN’T offer is a Sky Hook to take you from there to wherever you are staying, when your time is over. But, no matter, you will literally be floating on the soft, fragrant breezes at the end of your treatment, relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
I lived on Maui for 20 years, and Robbie cut, colored, and styled my hair during all that time, so, of course, she did my hair and make-​up for my very special beach wedding on Valentine’s Day, 2009. I looked like a movie star ~ not a small accomplishment given I was 58 at the time! She is THAT good!
Robbie, quite simply, is the BEST that Maui has to offer! And if you are lucky, you might see a rainbow or a menehune or two peeking out from the lush flowers and plants that joyfully grow in riotous profusion making Robbie’s Day Spa your own private Bali Hai…

Calm and pleasant atmosphere.
Massage was great; outdoor massage was peaceful, quiet and first rate. Price was reasonable and much lower than hotels.
Would definitely return.

Robbie helped me with my bridal hair and make-​up. Her salon is a small shop on the side of her house, which made it intimate and fun. She is a master with hair and knew all the issues with Maui weather (humidity!) and how to adjust for them. We scheduled 2 hours, but she only needed about an hour and a half, we looked at pinterest and her website for hair styles, picked what I liked and she did a great job. I’m not a big make-​up person so I appreciated that she kept it to browns and pinks, not too over the top for someone like me. Overall, super nice person that I enjoyed spending time with while she got me ready for my elopement.
