Love the staff. Huge portions. The food was fresh and tasty. So glad we are able to try this quaint little place while on a quick trip to The Keys. Must try the French toast. So fluffy and delicious.

The food was great!!! I got the Goldie Lox and my mom got the Farmer’s Omelet. We were both very pleased with our food and will definitely be back! Our waitress could have been a little friendlier but other than that I loved this place! Super cute restaurant.

I can’t put into words how ABSOLUTELY incredible this dinner was — four of us could not stop raving about it and talking about it weeks later! We went late one night and had the whole place to ourselves outside, with the sweetest waitress(not sure of her name — short hair and petite) who was just so charming and attentive, though even if we had to serve ourselves the food was seriously incredible! We were the only ones there(or outside at least) and it was near closing time so maybe we got extra special attention but things came out fast, service was perfect and not too overbearing, just amazing from start to finish. WELLWORTH the price, and wasn’t ridiculous — just what you would expect for good quality food, nice atmosphere and attentive waiters. We had 4 apps, 4 entress and a ton of drinks and desserts and could not stop tasting everything from the table and passing things around. EVERYBITE we had was so good, literally not one thing was less than excellent and we all loved that amazing unique key lime pie too. Cannot wait to get back here and try all new things — it’s definitely one of our go to spots now. Sit outside if you can and it’s not unbearably hot, the little garden area is adorable! (Side note — randomly found a jar of peach apricot jam at a store weeks later and grabbed it — was just as good as I expected!)

The most interesting thing about this place is that it was not originally a restaurant. They have made dining areas in whatever space is available. It makes for interesting logistics, with the room we dined in only having a few tables and it being the room where the hot beverages originated. As for the food, we were all enticed by the duck bacon but were disappointed by it most closely resembling turkey bacon. In retrospect this was not a surprise but it came as a disappointment considering some of the fantastic things that come from duck. The muffins were delightful as were the egg dishes we got and the pancakes. Next time I’m in Key west I will likely come here again but I will not order the duck bacon again.

BESTFOODINKEYWEST! Ok I got that off my chest… I am so unbelievably greatful for our recommendation to stick with my gut and have our first bites in Key West here. The staff at The Saint Hotel highly recommended Sarabeth’s and to say hi to Milosh. When we got to the door Milosh was there to greet us with a big smile and warm welcome. We decided to sit outside and that was definitely the right choice. To watch Milosh in action conversating with the guests and making recommendations was a true joy. The passion and love he has for Sarabeth’s was overwhelming. It made you love the place more than you already would since the food speaks for itself. Milosh couldn’t stop talking about Sara’s Velvety Cream of Tomato Soup and to tease us they brought out a tiny bowl for us to sample. The cherished recipe of chunks of tomato, cream, fresh herbs spoke to us and we ordered an additional bowl immediately. For dinner I ordered the Yellowtail Snapper boneless, flash fried and served with a crisp arugula and fresh fennel salad with a citrus vinaigrette which I switched out for the jicama, mango and pineapple slaw. This fish was not greasy at all. Light as it melted in my mouth and fresh as it were caught that day! My bf had the Shrimp and Grits — sautéed Key West shrimp, andouille sausage, parmesan and feta cheese grits and beurre blanc sauce. I took a bite of the shrimp and it was phenomenal! To end the meal and as the tradition for our first dessert in Key West we had Sarabeth’s rendition of Key Lime pie. WIth a perfect graham cracker crust and light fresh key lime filling this pie was topped with whip cream rather than meringue. Milosh told us that Sarabeth was a baker at heart and started in NYC. With that he brought out her cook book and I fell more in love with the place and her than I already had. This James Beard award winning chef is the best meal I could have had on this island of happiness. We tried really hard to come back for brunch but with the holiday weekend they were closed on Monday and we missed out. I am looking forward to stopping in at her place in NYC in the very near future!

Excellent food! The almond crusted cinnamon French toast is excellent. I really don’t like French toast, but my son ordered it and made me try it. I liked it, but it is not something I eat. So the excellent review for the toast comes from him. My husband ordered the turkey club sandwich and it was absolutely amazing. We also tried the chunky apple sauce, it was so good we bought 3 to take home. I had breakfast before we went in for lunch, so I did not order anything. We are going back today. Portions are huge!

I’ve been to the Sarabeth’s in NYC for breakfast, and they could learn from this place. We came in for breakfast and sat in the window. We were served very quickly and I felt like they were some of the most attentive servers I had in Key West. I got the famous lemon ricotta pancakes. They were great, and I don’t even like breakfast. We also got a carafe of fresh lemonade, which was delicious.

Another great and delicious visit at Sarabeth’s. Every year one of our favorite restaurants. Today we started with a delicious starter: Fried Goat Cheese with arugula, sherry vinaigrette, chile-lime and coconut sauce and Sarabeth’s Strawberry Peach jam My absolute recommendation.

This place is adorable! Great for breakfast. We went with our friends for a nice breakfast before we left Key West and weren’t disappointed. We got seated promptly and ordered ourselves freshly squeezed juice with coffee. I love the ambiance of this place. It’s in a house that was converted into a restaurant so all the rooms are separate. I had the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes which were amazing. My friend got eggs and shrimp which she loved. Close to Truman and within walking distance to a lot of places. Highly recommended!

I had the Goldie Lox(scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and cream cheese), Mom had the Fluffy French Toast, and Dad had the 3-egg plate. Everything was delicious. My eggs were quite interesting and I was surprised at how much I liked them. Mom’s French Toast was kind of plain, but that matches the description on the menu. I had a bite and thought the bread tastes a bit like a croissant. Dad also ordered the potatoes and peppers, which he enjoyed very much. And he and I both had the sourdough toast, which was perfect. Great service, nice atmosphere. Definitely worth another visit!

Seated promptly right before 9am. Got busy as time went on. Ordered the Goldie Lox, which is their smoked salmon and cream cheese omelette. Tasted so fresh and great overall, portions were the right size, not too big yet not too small. Enough to get you going until a late lunch. Got the blueberry muffin with house marmalade along with my omelette and it was to die for. Muffin was corn breadish and exactly what I was looking for. The big, whole blueberries on the inside added a good amount of sweetness and texture. Slathered some butter and succulent house marmalade and scarfed it down in no time. Definitely recommend the muffin.

We had brunch one day and breakfast our last day in Key West. Brunch. Great pancakes and fluffy french toast. Iced tea served with a side of simple syrup. Awsome host and server. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Perfect brunch. Breakfast. Farmers omelet without scallions and fluffy french toast. Iced tea served with a side of simple syrup. Once again awsome host and service. Only thing to complain about would be this was our last day in Key West and we were heading back to winter and 20^ weather.

After two years I usually amend my reviews after a few wrinkles and warts start to show in a comfortably se useful restaurant but here I will let my old review stand, save to save that the staff from its Central Park location should spend some time down here to see how it’s done right. Yes, this Sarabeth’s is part of the New York Sarabeth’s phenomenon. One of her managers who put in more than 20 years was given license to open up in Key West.(Thank you!) It’s a five star love affair with foodies. Their Four Flowers juice, lemon ricotta pancakes, an army of exceptional jams and preserves, porridge topped with fresh fruits, and their almond crusted french toast are just a handful of complete wows. Even the humble hamburger achieves something near perfection here. Is it a bit pricey? I humbly disagree with previous reviews. The ingredients alone on the plate tell you where the money is going: Quality. The service is exceptional, the food is exceptional, and the ambience of the place, which was the home of one of the Island’s first mayors, seals the deal. If you miss Sarabeth’s, you have missed one of the great culinary experiences of the island.

OH. MY. GOD! A must when in Key West. We actually went back the next day it was so darn delicious. Excellent staff and hostess. We even bought the homemade orange apricot marmalade they make. The Flower Mimosa, original and refreshing. The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes — unfreaking believable!!! Spinach and Goat Cheese Omelette, more please! Highly recommend!
