I have been stopping here every time I go to Key West since I was a little girl and the conch fritters are just as a remember them. The price for them is just perfect. The conch fritters are made as you are waiting, so they are nice and hot. Their lime mustard is the perfect pairing. It is located outside of the Key West Aquarium across from the Shipwreck museum. There are usually long lines to expect to wait, but it is well worth it…

Among the better conch fritters we had in nine days on the Keys(and there were plenty of them). The right amount of breading did not overwhelm the meat. We also tried the coconut shrimp and fried fish, both of which were winners. The limeade was also a good choice, though a tad pricey at $ 4. Its location is designed to attract the cruise ship hordes, but don’t let that dissuade you from stopping by if you’re around Mallory Square.

Absolutely delicious conch fritters. Very good prices for Mallory square and the key lime mustard is a very good sauce to have with them. Definitely will be back time and time again.

This neat little place is packed with flavorful conch! I am here on a cruise and I was waiting on an extremely long line for the trolly. This stand is in the perfect location as there were many people standing around hungry and irritated at the extensive wait. These fritters made the wait a lot better. There are several sauces to choose from. The conch fritters come in different quantities. You can choose from 12 fritters for $ 12.50 or get a mini order which is 6 fritters for $ 7.50. The staff was extremely kind and the conch was every bit of delicious. You can definitely taste the freshness.

Just tried to try some conch fritters before they close. I’m staying at the Westin which is right next door and thought I had ten minutes left to grab some food. I asked the man inside if they were open, knowing they close at 6. He said no and turned away from me. I said what time do you close? He said now. And turned away again. Just stay away from here. No conch fritters can be worth this blunt rudeness.

Husband was not impressed. They weren’t bad, but he said there was not a lot of conch meat in the fritter. He has experience from the Bahamas, so maybe these just don’t measure up.

OK. this or Conch Shack… either way, you are in good hands. If you are in Key Wets and dont stop for fritters along the way, you are doing it wrong. Also, the fritters here came out surprisingly fast.

Made to order conch fritters!!! Service: made to order conch fritters! Super fast order and pick up :) Food: conch fritters with conch bits in it that you can actually taste, great flavor, just right amount of saltiness, with or without sauce! Try it without first so you can actually taste the original flavor with really strong green peppers smell, YUMMM! Taste great with key lime white sauce or the seafood cocktail sauce too.

Perfect flavor! And the fritters aren’t tough like other places on Duval! The key lime mustard is delicious but the fritters really don’t need anything because that are amazing all on their own!

This is a good place to stop and have a snack of conch fritters. I think those are homemade(maybe) but everything else is frozen including the coconut shrimp and mozzarella sticks, which we also ordered. The lime mustard with the fritters was really good The guys working there are really really nice and quirky. The location is excellent… Right by Mallory Square in the hustle and bustle of everything.

These were absolutely the best conch fritters of all that I tried while in Key West! They were crisp, wonderfully seasoned, and enhanced further by the mustard sauce. Delicious as they were, I couldn’t finish the entire order. I tried conch fritters a number of other places, but I had to come back for more of these.

If you’re coming to key west and you haven’t had conch fritters, do yourself the favor and follow our advice, good for lunch or as an appetizer. Get the best conch fritters in town here; take the mans advice use the key lime mustard, and enjoy some amazing flavors. Have some coconut shrimp and fries as well to have a complete meal. You’re welcome in advance.

When in Key West you gotta have conch fritters. What better place to have these but at a place called Conch Fritters. Small food truck type of business located at the end of the Trolly ride, just outside the Key West Aquarium. Belly up to the window, place your order. Pay. Then the fritters are cooked fresh for you. A few minutes later… deliciousness. Try the lime mayonnaise that they offer. Yummylicious too! Order, eat, enjoy! Repeat! Worth a visit when in Key West.

Wow. Best Conch fritters ever. Had daily Captains Combo platter — conch, coconut shrimp, calamari rings. And a large Limeade. Ask for a splash of soda in the limeade. According to Mark that makes it sparkle. Friendly small location just outside entrance to Aquarium.

Random little spot next to a strip mall. It is located pretty close to the port of Key West if your coming off a cruise ship like I was. So all I tried here was the conch fritters and man were they good. Nice crunchy outside with a soft seafood inside. What made it over the top good to me was definitely the keylime mustard sauce they had. Wish I could take the sauce and use it for other things. I’ve never had conch fritters anywhere else and so for now they deserve the 5 stars.

Hands down best conch fritters in all Key West. The batter was perfection and the key lime dipping sauce was the perfect combination. Who would of thought that a street cart off Mallory square would have the tastiest fritters. They are made to order and definitely worth the wait.

This place is located across from Shipwreck Treasures Museum. Strictly walk up window service and all fried items. I tried the calamari and conch fritters. Both were better than most of the other places I tried during my visit to the area. While the food is frozen it still has great fresh flavor. The batter was light and had some unique spice that made it stand out. Great little place to visit!

I was referred to this little shack by a local insisting that I try fried conch on my visit to Key West. He made a good call. //Directions // It is the white and pink shack at the corner of Whitehead and Wall. You have to walk here. If you’re traveling north on Front St from the pier, look for the water tower and turn left at the small street with the«Do Not Enter» sign(for automobiles). You can’t miss it — the stand is next to the aquarium and the toy factory store. Search for this place on google and you’ll find plenty of people commenting on this humble food stand as their favorite place for conch and one of the oldest conch vendors on the island. Their menu consists of many different seafood-related snacks: grouper fish and chips, chicken, shrimp, calamari, onion rings, fries, and conch fritters. The prices are very cheap, with most snacks coming in at around $ 5 or under. Conch fritters were $ 6 for 6, or $ 11 for 12. They also had this fantastic-sounding combination plate special, consisting multiple types of fried seafood for $ 10. As for drinks, keylimeade sounded very intriguing. I was quite sad that I wasn’t hungry enough to try more things on the menu. I had conch fritters, of course, with a little bit of key lime mustard sauce. be heavy-handed with the sauce, because the flavor is subtle. The staff there was super quick and super friendly. They pointed out where the condiments were and got me utensils when I asked. The stand is small, with no place to sit(the only downfall when it’s raining), but there is a little overhang to cover you while you’re ordering. Overall, great. I would definitely return.
