Looks like they had some promising beers if the staff would have been able to stop talking to each other about how hard it is to get their beer into Orlando I’d know better. Walked out after 15mins go to Waterfront Brewery instead.

Really kind of a unique place, with a nice selection of craft beers for purchase as well as a large kitchen store section. They also have their own beers available — 5 total now — and you could do flights of 4 or all 5. I wasn’t much of a fan of the beers, but some in my group thought a couple of them were pretty good. Definitely a fun and unique place, and worth checking out!

We wanted to try all the local brews we could find in the Keys. So, we end up sitting in this restaurant supply store drinking a couple pints. Unusual. Kinda fitting for Key West I guess and an interesting business concept. No stars for ambiance, the beer was OK. Based on the other reviews, those who seek beer should probably drop in and give it a try.

First full day in Key West… went on a search for some local beer and wouldn’t up here. Weird location/setting, but I can appreciate that. Beer was average. Stout was the best by far.

What a cool establishment! The«brewery» is in a restaurant store… The Restaurant Store on Eaton along with restaurant supplies and a bakery/deli. The beer was fresh and very well constructed. The sandwiches at the deli were awesome too! Worth taking a trip up the street to get some fresh beer. They sell good craft beers too!

The brewery is hard to find for an out of towner like me. Tracked it down via my brewery db on my phone and I drug my wife, sister, and brother in law to this place half way across the island. Got there and it wasn’t there — or at least not in plain sight. We went into the store there and they actually served us the beer. The beer was good — much better than I expected. They really need to work on their sign — behind tinted glass surrounded by other signs. You REALLY have to know it is there. That’s a shame for out of towners like me looking for new beers to sample.

If you love beer you need to come here! Their hefe is excellent and reminiscent of my time in Germany. Their stout was smooth and quite tasty as well! To me this is what craft beer is about! A guy with a passion for beer brewing in the back alley of a restaurant supply company of all things! This is a must stop on your key west trip!

Very good beer. They had 5 beers on tap. This is not your normal brewery. The beer is made in the back. No tours. But the beer is very good. And, if you are hungry, there is food. Vegetarian options, too. You enter via the Restaurant Supply Store. The brewery sign is small. Cheers!

For all you craft beer lovers out there, worth the trip! From the Witt that would be great to enjoy on the beach, to the Stout that you could drink by the fire, all five of their beers are delish! Set your GPS, because that’s the only way you’ll find it!

Great beer! Had a flight of the Hefe El Jefe Weizen, Going Down, Brown Ale, Benediction Tripel, and Black Hole Stout. Very good and the owner is also very friendly

Very random location for a brewery. They’re located inside a restaurant supply store. The beer is quite delicious. I’m not a fan of stouts but I always try one in a flight, just in case, and I’m glad I did, their stout was so smooth with a slight sweet after taste. Would highly recommend checking this place out and maybe grab a sweet snack from the bakery inside there, too!

Super nice people, mediocre beer(only had one of theirs avail :() and space wanting for a decent place to hang out and feel like actually having a beer. Excited to see them grow and improve.

Kind of hard to find but it turned out to be a fun adventure. Got a tour of the brewery and the backstory which was cool for us home brewers. Had a flight of the 4 local brews and they were quite enjoyable. Very unusual experience hanging out in the Restaurant Store but hey, that’s what Key West is all about! Check it out if you’re looking for a quirky good time.

The beer that they brew here is fantastic. Also on tap was a Florida Keys Brewery beer and a couple guest brewery beers, all of which were delicious. The gent who served the beer(owner? employee? don’t know) was great and fun to chat with. The only reason I can’t give this more than 3 stars is the location was not what I expected. The tasting area is in the middle of a store(a restaurant supply store it seems) so the ambiance is obviously lacking. Also, quite a hike from the Key West action. We had no idea that it was that far away so ended up walking more than we would have liked. That said, the tasty beer made the journey worth it!

Definitely worth the stop. All five of the beers on tap were worth drinking. Definitely a shining star among the local brews in the keys. My personal favorite is the Velvet Lace Belgian White(nice citrus notes). Tip: head into the restaurant store and ask about flights/the brewery.

True nano brewery… brewing takes place in the back of the restaurant supply business… spent 5 mins trying to find the beer and finally asked… one of the owners had to get the beer from the back. On this day they only had one beer on tap, a malted lager type beer that was brewed for dis tilling by a local distillery, but they carbonated it and are serving it. It was about 7% or so I was told with a strong malt flavor… Too much for my taste. Hard place to find… And probably would not go back until they get a tap room. $ 7 + tax for the pint I had

I came down to KW in July & was excited to visit this new craft brewery. Unfortunately there wasn’t much to see & the beers were distributed in The Restaurant Store. I mentioned to Ray, one of the two owners, that I was from Harpoon Brewery in Boston, and he took me on a personal behind the scenes tour & even hooked me up with some of his personal favorite brews. The flight I had there was spectacular, especially the stout(I believe it was an oatmeal). Definitely check this place out. Their selection of beer for sale is by far the best on the island & their own brews are all worth while, the best brewed on the island(sorry Kelly’s). Expect big things from these guys & support your local craft breweries!
