Alright, so after I wrote a scathing email complaining to every single person I could find an email address for on their website, the communications director, Pat, contacted me right away and apologized profusely for the way I was treated. She, along with their legal counsel, Adriene, assisted me (even though I was above their income requirement) and was extremely helpful.
So I guess don’t let a few apples poison the whole tree!
