I read great reviews about her and was in the search for a new PCP, so I was going to try Dr. Inna Kigel. I make an appointment, and they asked me what insurance I have, and they gave me the appointment. However, when I get there, and I am in the middle of filling out the new patient paperwork, they tell me they do not take my insurance. Gee, thanks for telling me that now! Why couldn’t they have told me that over the phone when they asked what insurance I had? It would’ve saved me a trip!

This is the one doctor you must see. Warm atmosphere and the doctor is great. I come In (and of coarse make an appointment ahead) I tell what hurts and she gives me a run down. She got the answers and solution to majority of problems and explains it all in detail! WHATS UP DOC ! Thank u

This review reflects more about the staffs who work there than Dr. Kigel herself. The staff do not know how to practice confidentiality in their line of work. They ask patients to write then their weight and height on the sign in sheet, and disclose patient’s blood work results in the waiting area. These were base on my own experiences.
Dr. Kigel is a friendly physician. I wish Dr. Kigel would hire more professional receptionists or administrative aids.
