When you’re body aches all over and you cannot fathom a 1 hr subway ride to your ENT, this place can be your safe haven. On the first night i felt sick, i made a call and scored an appointment for the very next day because these guys dont do walk-ins. The commute to the doctor, a mere 3 minutes walking, but when you have fever and bodyaches is hell. You pay your co-pay(cash or check only people) before you see the doc and wait. usually, the wait is about 15 minutes. It was empty when i got there so i waited for about 5 minutes. Dr. Harvey is a general practitioner. He is very thurough and kind. He answered all of my annoying questions. My one gripe is that I am prone to sinus infections and bronchitis and need very strong antibiotics; i requested a specific antibiotic which he was uncomfortable prescribing. I reluctantly accepted the Z pack as i was extremly uncomfortable with my body aches and fever. He did assure me that If after my z-pack, i still felt ill– i should call him and have him give me the meds I originally asked for. also, when i needed extra cough medicine, DR. Harvey’s staff was good about getting messages to him and staying in touch with me. Overall, i am satisfied with his service.
